BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

We started using the BSS B2B Wholesale Solutions app to allow us to change our pricing for our wholesale customers at log in and it works great. It also allows us to set up Net customers, which is a convenient tool that we were excited to not have to work around. We needed custoemr support to make some features work with our theme and the team was great! Helen and Hannah were great communicators, very kind and informing us what to expect and staying in contact. Jeff and Lux were very responsive, able to fix our issues and make all the aspects needed to work with our site theme!

We've been using BSS B2B Wholesale Solution to add a trade customer side to our Shopify store, and it's working really well. Custom pricing rules, discounted prices across product pages, collections, cart and checkout, and all running smoothly. Special thanks to Emma & Lux on the support team, who were responsive throughout setup and coordinated a quick fix with their developers when we hit a theme-specific edge case.

Their support is great they are very quick to response and find a solution to the problem we are having. Our sale price was not showing up on the product page and they were able to fix it less than 24hours. They are truly very good on problem solving and their support. I truly like that I'm able to chat with them and find a solution to our problems that day if not less than 24 hours.
