Your support is great, friendly and quick to communicate with Emma. Good work. Installation of the app was easy, in the test phase I was able to test all functions. I was able to set everything up easily with the help of the help and instructions. The package covers many business solutions and works perfectly. Then I had requests, which were fulfilled in the test phase, quickly and professionally. The programming was expanded quickly, and I suggested even more advanced features, it will be solved soon :)

The attention is amazing. All the guys are willing to help (speacially thank you to Stephanie Ha), they do it fast and so well executed. The app is so complete. It has features no other wholesale app has like the use of discount codes aside from the assignation of prices; the auto tag is also other feature that very few apps have. DISCOUNT CODE, they developed this feature to be able to use discount codes (*VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE) so 2 types of discounts can be used at the same time. Shopify does not allow more than 1 discount to be used at Checkout. You can add the field to put the discount code (DC) in the Cart, it cannot be added in the checkout only in the cart. You must install this feature first for it to work, we haven’t found another app that has this feature.

We have been looking for an app that lets us do true wholesale with quantity breaks but also individual custom pricing for our clients. And this app is exactly what we needed. And the best we can manually create orders now in the backend for those customers who prefer to call in rather than place their order online. Installation was easy and the support team is awesome in helping us making some specific adjustments for our needs. We could not be happier.

Exceptional team - Add to that the fact that support is instantaneous and amazingly helpful. Stephanie is the gold standard of being customer-centric, her communication is flawless. They are incredibly good listeners that appreciate the feedback. Where possible they are extremely responsive to making changes to my suggestions, all with a smile. Keep up the extraordinary support. Stop looking, I have tried them all and this is by far the best B2B Wholesale App available, coupled with the fact the team at BSS Commerce are constantly listening to their customers and adding new features and functionality. App & Developers are perfect in every way, always taking comments on board to fine tune every aspect of their product offering. B2B向けのアカウント作成フォーム、サイトでの金額表示、B2B顧客のタグ付け、最低注文金額の設定など、私たちがまさに探していた機能がありました。 アプリにない機能で必須のものがあったので、サポートに問い合わせたところ、サポートでの対応可否を確認してくれたので、助かりました。 アプリの設定内で日本語訳を設定できるのでローカライズも簡単です。

We can more than just recommend this app. We have created price lists for wholesale customers and everything works just great. The app works on the simple principle of tagging customers, but it really thinks of everything and is super customizable. Customer support is very active and helpful. They even worked for weeks to program the feature we lacked, a specific minimum order quantity. If you're in trouble with the app, feel free to contact Stephanie, the most helpful customer support person I've ever met. Five stars out of five.
