We were looking for an easy way to create a B2B store within our small B2C store which which worked great with B2B Wholesale Solution. We use most of the features and they work like charm. What I really need to emphasize though is the BSS support. We really had a lot of questions and requests and the team always reacted really fast and did their best to help us. A few customizations had to be done and they always managed to get them done within a maximum of two days, usually within hours. Thanks so much! :)

We started using the BSS Solution app for our wholesale website to better manage pricing, product visibility, and ordering rules tailored to different customer groups. From the beginning, the app has been fantastic to work with—it offers a wide range of practical features that are actually useful, not just fluff. One of our favorite features is the product incremental feature, which allows us to control order quantities without having to create separate variants in our inventory system. This has saved us a lot of time and effort in product setup and management. The customer support has been amazing. Jonas has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient—he took the time to answer all our questions and worked with the tech team to help us customize everything exactly as we needed. Highly recommend this app for any business looking to streamline their wholesale operations!

app works great, in our case as a workaround for a wholesale solution using quotes. The BSS team has made some adjustments to the app on our request in a swift and professional manner. Can recommend to anyone looking to a B2B wholesale option without paying the shopify most expensive plan.

We've been using the BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution App and are truly impressed – especially by how easy it is to use. The interface is well-organized, and core features like tiered pricing, customer groups, and registration forms are quick to set up. Even without technical expertise, it's simple to get started and manage everything. What really stands out, though, is the exceptional support. No matter how big or small the question, the support team is always extremely responsive and helpful. We’d especially like to mention Raymond and Anne – both are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly dedicated. They take the time to provide clear instructions (often with screenshots or videos) and are always focused on finding the right solution. This app is a real gem for anyone working in B2B on Shopify – highly recommended!

There are many B2B Apps out there but this is undoubtedly the best. So lets get into the details: 1.) The App covers almost all functions necessary in order to run a B2B Shopify Store if not all of them. It offers so much we had to slowly expand the feature set and are finding new gems every time we visit the app. 2.) It is highly customizable. You can tailor it exactly to your needs even assigning different priorities to discount rules for instance to make sure the customer gets the best deal available to them under your applied rules. 3.) You can translate everything that is visible to the customer in your language of choice. But the biggest selling point of this app is not the app itself but the people behind it. This is by far the best customer support we ever had with any Shopify app. They go above and beyond to help you with any kind of questions or inquiries. No matter if you need installation of functions on your specific theme or you want someone to check if the pricing rule you have setup is setup correctly. Their support is better than most paid supports we ever encountered and is above all free! To make my point clear: If you are looking for a B2B App you will be well of with this one. Lastly, thanks Emma for your ongoing great support and patience. And thanks to your IT-Team.
