We are very impressed with this app so far. Very intuitive in selecting products, inputting future stock totals to sell against and estimated ship by dates, which create a nice interface for the customer to see when selecting products. We've had a few issues with set up, some user error, some due to our separate add-on app. The team is super responsive 24/7 to help with any issues, which has been amazing! There dev team has been able to create a work around to work with our add-on app, etc. It's not yet 100% for us, but they are constantly making improvements and soliciting feedback.

I had an easy time installing and customizing the app to get it up and running. Their customer support is fantastic and Anaam was very attentive in helping resolve a few pain points for me.

First day using it, and it's really great so far, it does what we need it to. Customer service is excellent so far too, it's a Saturday and we had helping us to do what needed to be done very quickly. Looking forward to using it for a longer time and will update the review.

Only just installed, but it was very simple. I had one thing I wanted to change regarding notify-me alerts for specific products and I used the chat feature to get some help. They provided me clear instructions immediately and I got it set up how I wanted within 5 minutes.

So far this app does everything you need for it to do, but honestly, the support is exceptional. They respond quickly through their built-in chat feature and they have helped solve all our issues immediately. I'm very impressed overall.

Works great so far. I configured something wrong on a preorder and Shasi had it fixed within 3 minutes of contacting him.

Excellent customer support! We just started testing this app and had a few questions and requirement from it and we got them all done really quick. Sneha was just great in helping us. She was very quick in replying, understood all our requests and solved them ASAP. Our experience until now is a 5

This app, Stoq, is incredibly helpful and very straightforward to use. Its usability and customization options are unmatched. Additionally, the customer support is truly remarkable, for example, I had a bit of trouble with customizing a button to my exact liking, and Shashi was beyond helpful and patient, making sure my specfic needs were met. Frankly, I've never had such amazing customer support before. I highly recommend this app for your notification/widget/preorder needs.

So glad to have found this app! After researching many available options for both Back in Stock and Product Preorder functionality, Stoq felt like the app we were looking for. The interface is easy to use and understand - very logical and user friendly! It was very simple to set up - functioning as needed very literally within minutes! The support staff have been so attentive and quick to answer any questions! Really excited to have this functionality on our site and grateful for the ease of use and super supportive customer service and assistance!
