Amazing, quick and helpful customer service. Arnab resolved an issue we were having within minutes and even looked into our store settings for us to ensure everything continued to run smoothly. The app itself is awesome for preorders, especially in furniture sales this is a game changer. Thanks!

Not only does the app do exactly what I need the support is top notch. Very fast responses, listens to the your issues, dives into the problem and actually solves the issue. Other companies provide generic answers and links to out of date KBs but not STOQ!

The setup is the winning feature of this app, especially for us that need a quick fix when running out of stock unexpectedly. It took me less than 30 minutes to setup and the support team was FAST. I definitely recommend this app, especially for small business owners.

We new to Shopify and this app. We use it for preorders and back-in-stock notifications. Setup was easy. Had one question that we quickly resolved through their support chat, great service.
