This has to be the best customer support and service getting this app integrated! We've now added it to our website: www.simdemon.com and it's working a treat! Let's hope for lots of restock notices and pre-order/restock purchases. So for the app looks VERY good and is worth the money, thank you to the support team for you help, keep up the good work.

Find it hard to navigate

I saw your 3-star review of STOQ come in, and I’m sincerely sorry you ran into difficulties navigating the app. I went through your conversation with my team, and I completely understand how that experience wasn’t ideal. The team could've done a better job in helping you with clear instructions, or better yet, just doing it for you. I think they missed the mark here, and I've had a word with them on being more proactive. I’ve also taken your feedback and made this much easier now, there’s a new checkbox directly in the main offers list, so you can quickly bulk select offers and enable or disable them in one go. This improvement exists because of your feedback, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to point it out. Downloaded this app as i needed to set up a pre order item and it has been such a quick process. I did have issues with the theme of my shopify and the button not saying pre order but Hassan quickly assisted and got it all sorted out for me within a couple mins. Love my experience so far!

Hi there! Sandesh here, one of the founders at STOQ. Sincerely sorry about the issues you ran into. I know how frustrating it must have been when things didn’t work the way you expected. I went through your conversation and saw that you were trying to use the “All Products” flow to sell any product as a preorder on STOQ, and it didn’t behave as it should. After reviewing your setup, I noticed that a key setting was misconfigured and that’s what caused the confusion. I’ve since improved the flow so this doesn’t happen again. There’s now an extra pop-up that explains the setting clearly, both for you and for every merchant going forward. LOVE this app! Does everything we need and more for restock alerts! To top if off they have an amazing support team that always helps us right away! They've helped us tremendously in making the app fit our theme and branding :) 10/10 recommend

A useful app at a fair price. It didnt work right away with our theme but I went straight onto the live chat and the support agent (Paul) was very good and had it working within a few minutes. Set-up after that was very straightforward also.

I had an issue with not being able to see the pre-order button, and Nagaraj was incredibly helpful in resolving it. He responded quickly, guided me clearly through each step, and made sure everything was working perfectly before closing the chat. I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism. The app is intuitive, easy to use, cost-effective, and provides a huge value to our store. Hassan solved an issue on my end in a matter of minutes and provided annotated screenshots of how to proceed. He saved the day and provided friendly, efficient, professional service. Great in every way.

We don't generally Pre Sell many products. But we found ourselves in a pinch and needed to set up a Pre-Order option quickly. STOQ was able to get us up and running quickly. Support was very helpful and quick to respond. Thank You Stoq.

Anaam from Stoq spent the time to set up our preorder. She went above and beyond for us by making sure our specific theme and code was compatible. She made our site even better (outside of just preorder). Great functionality and great team.
