Have just downloaded this app and set it up. Needed support to make one quick change, which was done very quickly. Looking forward to using this app and seeing what it can do for us! So far I'm very pleased with it!

We haven't had a chance to use the preorder function yet. The back in stock alert is working well and we like the option to only make it available on specific products.

This app has been fantastic and the support from their team is incredible. They seem to be available 24/7 and helped me customize the app for the B2B Trade theme so the button appeared in the quick order section. This has been fundamental to the workflow on my site. I use this app on 8 stores that I manage and each time they have been incredible helpful and responsive, the function of BIS is really robust and drives tons of sales to my stores. I cant recommend it enough.
