Nagaraj was SO HELPFUL & knowledgable in quickly troubleshooting an issue i was having with a live preorder launch. Only had this app for a week and i think its going to be a great fit going forward if the customer service stays this good!

My overall experience with Stoq has been great so far. The app works well for my needs, and whenever I’ve had a question, the support team has been timely, attentive, and very helpful. It’s clear they care about making sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend!

Just installed the app, so far so good! Had an issue that needed supports assistance with, and they very quick to jump in and help out. Everything seems easy to setup and navigate. Happy to have made the switch.

This is the 3rd pre-order app we've used. So far, it seems to be working the best. I had a minor issue when I was first testing and Hassan not only responded in the chat right away, he quickly resolved the issue. Hoping this one is our keeper!
