Stoq is an amazing app and has been extremely helpful for our Shopify store. The setup was smooth, and the features work exactly as we need for inventory and stock management. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Paul — he has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient. He went above and beyond to assist us with setup and troubleshooting, and made sure everything was working perfectly for our store. Highly recommend Stoq and their support team if you’re looking for a reliable Shopify app with excellent customer service!

The customer service for Stoq goes above and beyond all the time. They help on more than I even expect but it is truly appreciated. We will be forever customers. As far as the app itself it has been so helpful for us as we do a lot of presales. My favorite feature has to be that it keeps track of how much that sale earned. That helps us so much in our industry and how we can market better for our next one.

Initial setup was super easy, and Hassan reached out to double check everything was working as expected. It is too early to see the entire workflow but the control on preorders is great. You can customize the button, colors, and easily see and control all the "ships by" dates. Much better than the previous preoder app we used.

Just installed and so far so good! It already lead to 4 sales in the first hour of restocking a product. Noticed 2 different bugs that weren't displaying things correctly but I talked to Hassan with their customer service through the STOQ chat and everything was working again as expected in less than 20 minutes.

Shashi was amazing! My website wasn't showing the preorder on the product and he helped me with screenshots and was very patient and got to the root of the issue. They offer a free preorder so if things don't work out it was free. If things do work out you can upgrade with more benefits and I feel like that's fair and helpful for businesses just starting out. I am still getting to know the app but so far everything has been what I was looking for!

This app is great and the support is top notch! Some of the pre-order integrations weren't available in a Featured Product page for my theme and Arnab at STOQ was able to get it added and working in less than an hour!

I’ve had a great experience with STOQ as a back-in-stock notification app. The setup is extremely simple and intuitive, even for non-technical users, and it integrates smoothly with my store. He assisted me with customizing and fine-tuning the banner placement and appearance, making sure everything matched my store’s layout and branding perfectly.
