Stoq is an amazing app and has been extremely helpful for our Shopify store. The setup was smooth, and the features work exactly as we need for inventory and stock management. The customer service for Stoq goes above and beyond all the time. They help on more than I even expect but it is truly appreciated. We will be forever customers. As far as the app itself it has been so helpful for us as we do a lot of presales. My favorite feature has to be that it keeps track of how much that sale earned. That helps us so much in our industry and how we can market better for our next one.
Easy to use and fast and nice customer care.
Initial setup was super easy, and Hassan reached out to double check everything was working as expected. It is too early to see the entire workflow but the control on preorders is great. You can customize the button, colors, and easily see and control all the "ships by" dates. Much better than the previous preoder app we used.

Just installed and so far so good! It already lead to 4 sales in the first hour of restocking a product. Noticed 2 different bugs that weren't displaying things correctly but I talked to Hassan with their customer service through the STOQ chat and everything was working again as expected in less than 20 minutes.
