So far, so good! It has been fairly easy to set up Preorders and Notify Me with this app. Whenever I have had errors the help was quick to access and everything was fixed! Arnab was very helpful :)

Update: I've been using the app for a couple months now and it's been great. Both the pre-order and back in stock systems work well and are super customizable. Plus, Paul and Hassan were both really helpful when things weren't showing up properly. Previous review: So far, so good! I'll update once more time has passed but it was easy enough to set up the functions on my store and they were customizable to our branding. Paul on their support team was super helpful.

In the two months I've been using STOQ, they've been extremely responsive to help requests and have even added a function I was looking for initially. Now everyone can force customers to acknowledge that they're placing a special order, which cuts down on customer frustration.

Excellent app for back in stock requests & preorders! Easy integration and we were able to import all our historical data from another app which made the transition seamless. Support team is also super quick to answer any questions.
