Just going through setup up to switch over from our old pre order app. There's always some things with apps that you need help with or would like to work the way you work which isn't always possible but these guys have been fantastic and super responsive in onboarding and customising the app where possible for our formatting. Stoq has been a lifesaver for managing preorders on our Shopify store — but what really sets it apart is the customer support. Any time we had a question or needed help customizing something, their team responded quickly, professionally, and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly. It's rare to find that kind of hands-on support these days, especially with apps. The app itself is clean, easy to use, and does exactly what we need for handling preorder items but knowing we have a responsive team behind it makes it even better.

So far the app is good and the support is great. I have not had it long, but had a small bug during set up and Hassan from the support team was quick to respond and fixed the problem. So far I am happy with the features and looking forward to see how it works when I get requests.

works great, fast support, beginer friendly. only thing they could update is, that you can change the position of your button youself. howevey if you ask them they respond within secoinds.

Easy to set up, took about 10 minutes total. I had one issue with something not showing up, the support team fixed it in about 5 minutes, and turns out it was just a setting I hadn't ticked so wasn't a problem at all really. It's refreshing to see an app that works smoothly straight out of the box! Defo recommend.
