I have products out of stock online and needed a pre-order button. I was a bit confused but the support message button helped so so much! Made it very simple and helped me get it all set up within less than 10 minutes. Thanks so much!

Very helpful customer service and pretty easy to understand and use. The one negative point I have as of now, is that you can not fully customize the pre-order confirmation emails, which they hopefully will add soon.

When we build new features, we move them into different plan tiers based on the audience we think would use it the most. I did quite abit of research before pulling the trigger on this app. I have to say , im impressed. It was quite easy to setup and we have 1000+ skus. This enabled us to manage backorder , communicate with the clients and even grea reporting features. To date, i've reached out to support a handful of times and get immediate , professional and helpful service. I strongly recommend this app to anyone looking to grow thier busniess and manage reservaton for out of stock products.
