Just started using the app, so cannot tell much about it, but their support team is great! Had many diverse questions, and everyone was super helpful and fast to offer answers and solutions. Recently dealt with their team member Sneha, who was very helpful and super proactive - you can see that they are going the extra mile to help customers.

We have not used Stoq for that many weeks, but we can say is that from our initial experience, Stoq has been great in helping us managing our customer's expectations especially for sold out products. We'll definitely have more to say when we use it longer but seems like we would be using this for the long run!

Needed to install a pre order app quickly as some key products were tracking late for delivery, come across Stoq app which fitted the bill. After a couple of technical issues i spoke with Anaam who was very helpful & quickly resolved our problem.
