Great experience all round - had a few issues early and they were fixed immediately over chat - even the founder jumped in and resolved an issue. Hands on support and a genuine feeling that they want to help small business succeed. Highly recommend and trust.

this App is amazing, free for small company like mine with limited number of orders per months. support is very kind and available any time , thanks to Arnab for his great help setting up the app in my Shopify tenant.

This app is super helpful! The features are better than other apps that we used to have and we switched to STOQ now! Customer service is topnotch, have helped us during set up and with other questions we had. Very recommended!

I love this app. I had 4 folks place orders due to the Stock Out feature as soon as I deployed it. In 10 minutes, I have enough ROI for an entire year of paid service. The customer service is incredible too - special shoutout Paul! Highly recommend!

So far so good, only just installed the app but the support so far has been amazing, relatively easy to set up and any questions or problems have been swiftly sorted by the lovely Momna.

We are overall pleased with the app and happy we have preorders! We have had some issues with the app (prob due to our website theme), but the team is so helpful and immediately fixes any issues for us.

I was struggling with a complicated pre order issue on my Shopify store, and he was able to fix it ultimately. Great communication, very patient, and knew exactly what he was doing. Everything is working perfectly now-highly recommend!
