Working with BIS has been great - helping us capture sales once we re-stock. Support is always strong and quick. One thing would be awesome though, would be to allow us to manually push notifications instead of having to reach out to support.

Works as expected, with little fuss. One recommendation to new users would be to make sure your minimum inventory thresholds are setup (Campaigns >> Delivery Settings) so that a single unit being made available doesn't send a back in stock notification to 3 people. But otherwise, its ready to go out of the box. Support team was responsive to app install support. Kudos to Baaqi, in particular.

We have many positive reviews from our shopping customers about app's function and we are really happy using it on our store. It was already a very useful and great app when we started using but what I like is that the app team keeps improving the function/flexibility which is the proof that they are listening to the feedbacks and requests from stores. As the app implemented new functions, we had some new questions, but Sara and D'Angelo were great help with their prompt reply and guidance.

It's a pretty good app and the support is relatively responsive. It is more expensive than most restock apps, but my experience has been pleasant so it's all good. You're not up customizability is a huge plus as well.

This is the app that generates the most sales for our store. We can't imagine being without it. Support is outstanding. We recently added DMARC to our email and Baaqi was very quick about getting back to us and providing the SPF and DKIM entries that we needed to add to our domain so that the Back in Stock alert emails would be delivered successfully.
