Amazing app, and even better support! Over the years we have switched our website design a couple of times and if there was any issue re-connecting BIS, their team was there to help us quickly re-install with easy and seamless communication.

Terrible and untimely support. Do not recommend this app given the headaches it's caused. They are seemingly unable to unanchor their own button to the built in our of stock button on our theme. They also installed a new feature on our store without our permission and I had to request it be removed urgently.

Back in Stock has been one of the most important apps we added to our store since day 1. It really helped us to better understand out customer needs. We have a huge product catalogue with more than 1000 skus, and keeping up to date all inventory is complicated. Thanks to Back in stock we never loose a sale…!

Good app! Although it is pricey. Giving it four stars because the one thing I wish it did was load faster because it would be more effective that way. On some of my pages it take more than 30 seconds and sometimes up to a minute to load the out of stock button that allows people to sign up for back in stock notices. Granted I have a lot of images on certain product pages and that is why the customer service for this app told me it takes so long to load but still, I would keep that in mind. Very helpful programmers and I do recommend the app as it has generated sales for us when sending back in stock notifications.
