We rely heavily on back in stock notifications and this is the best app we've used. They can separate locations and provide some key integrations as well. Support is awesome!

Very easy-to-use app! Was a cinch to install, and the support is top-notch! I had a minor issue after using it for a while. I contacted them and they were on it right away and took care of it! Their people are extremely helpful, nice & professional!

Very usefull app! Makes sure to keep our customers informed, when we are no longer "out of stock". Also great customer support from the "Back In Stock" team!

This is a great app, it does what it's supposed to do, but moreso, I can't express how much I appreciate the customer service team for Back In Stock. The stores I manage require custom button integrations, and they have consistently assisted me with this promptly and correctly every time. Great work Back in Stock! Love yall

One of the Best apps on Shopify, the Pricing is really fair, not too expensive and not too cheap, that with the excellent service what makes this app the best. I wish I see in the future a collaboration and integration with inventory Planner app to pull up the data of Back in Stock requests to inventory planner reports and make better predictions in the inventory planner that will be amazing for us. But I think this Idea is really far-fetched. Anyway, keep up the good work.

The UI for this app can be a little bit tedious but the support team makes up for it! Quick and responsive.

Great way to let customers know that they can be notified if the item is out of stock at the moment. It also lets us know which products customer may have some bigger interest in so we can keep the inventory on top of the line. Very easy app to use and their customer service team is phenomenal in terms of response rate and providing solutions. Overall very happy with this app!

We really liked this app so far with using the free plan but the default tab on the side look didn't go quite well with our store. We were worried that we might have to use the paid plan to have this app integrated with our theme but upon messaging them with this inquiry, their service team was able to address this problem without hassle. What an exceptional team! Now we can have this feature directly on our product page and it looks seamless with our theme. Thanks again for the wonderful support and service. We'll definitely keep using this app.!

The app generally works well for us. The support is no more than ok. We asked for a simple thing like changing the font, but got turned down. After a while we figured it out ourselves, even though we have no coding skills. Should have been an easy fix.
Hey there, Thanks for your review! We are sorry that you did not have a great experience with the support team. Changing the font can easily be applied under the Edit menu of the feature (email template, signup form, product page button) that you wish to change it on. If the font is a custom one, then we would need the referencing the external style sheet. I would recommend finding your font, or one suitable here: https://fonts.google.com/. We would then add this link in the head of the app from our end. I hope that this experience did not deter you from reaching out to the support team. We LOVE this app. Being able to notify our customers of a product that comes back into stock is amazing, and the app definitely contributes to increased sales. We recently had a few issues with a new custom site, and Back In Stock customer service went above and beyond to find a work around. If you don't have this app, GET IT!

I was looking for an app that would get the results of interviews from customers and notify them of restock. The functions are simple yet comprehensive. Customer support is also fast and helpful. The new findings could help plan the production of products.
