Pretty snazzy app, I wish I had found this a few years ago. Eye opener for how many future sales you potentially missed out on. Their customer support team is ridiculously helpful as well.

We've used this app for years and after we updated our theme we had trouble with customizing but we reached out to support and they fixed it within hours and explained how we can do it next time.

This app lets customers sign up to get an email when a product restocks. It also will integrate with other apps to make processes easier. We combined it with our Cross Sell app, so customers can get custom recommendations when their desired product is out of stock. GREAT customer service as well.

It's easy to get the basics of what we need but some additional analytics, for example, would be great. Perhaps if the app was directly linked to Shopify as well. Currently, it doesn't look like the BIS app will show as purchased unless purchased through the BIS trigger email and, I couldn't find a way to manually send a notification to, say, one customer, if needed. Customer service has been great!

The App is a nice little revenue booster! We use it to stay connected to customers wants and let them know when they are back-in-stock. It's a great customer experience. Two improvements: 1)We would like to be able to customize the email template more to our brand look and feel. 2) It would be great to be able to send out an email on style not just style/color. Often we get the style back in stock but in different colors than what the customer signed up for
