I wanted to add a back in stock CTA on products that were out of stock and tried to do it on my own using this app. It didn't work at first so I reached out to support and they were so helpful implementing it into our website! It is now up and running. Thank you!

We've used this app for years and after we updated our theme we had trouble with customizing but we reached out to support and they fixed it within hours and explained how we can do it next time.

This app lets customers sign up to get an email when a product restocks. It also will integrate with other apps to make processes easier. We combined it with our Cross Sell app, so customers can get custom recommendations when their desired product is out of stock. GREAT customer service as well.

We have used Back In Stock for quite sometime. The settings and customization is quite simple to use in order to create a look and feel keeping with brand. Customer service is excellent and able to assist you quickly and efficiently.

This app has helped us recapture significant revenue when we've run out of stock. We send out emails and SMS notifications when a product comes back in stock and those always lead to great performance days. Would highly recommend!

It's easy to get the basics of what we need but some additional analytics, for example, would be great. Perhaps if the app was directly linked to Shopify as well. Currently, it doesn't look like the BIS app will show as purchased unless purchased through the BIS trigger email and, I couldn't find a way to manually send a notification to, say, one customer, if needed. Customer service has been great!
Hey there, thank you for your feedback! We truly appreciate it! In regards to how the app calculates conversions; customers would need to click the "Buy Now" link in the notification email. By doing this, a special tracking link is generated, which takes the customer to the checkout page and sends the data back to the app once the checkout is completed. This is our current process, but I'm going to go ahead and submit your feedback as a feature request for the team to look into. Thanks again 😊!

The App is a nice little revenue booster! We use it to stay connected to customers wants and let them know when they are back-in-stock. It's a great customer experience. Two improvements: 1)We would like to be able to customize the email template more to our brand look and feel. 2) It would be great to be able to send out an email on style not just style/color. Often we get the style back in stock but in different colors than what the customer signed up for
