This is a great app for us especially during the pandemic when we can't make all the skus we used to make. It allows our customers to be notified when the item is back and we have made over 10k in sales due to the notifcations, in the first 2 weeks of using the app.

We've used the cheapest and second cheapest tiers. It's been great - it's easy for customers to sign up to get information when we're back in stock, the emails go out the second we get more stock in, and we've been able to easily capture most of those sales.

This app is great for online stores that want back in stock notifications, everything works perfectly. I don't have to think about sending notifications to my customers which is very convenient. Customer service is also quick and very helpful!

I'm using this app at the moment and it's really great. So much ease being able to just leave it to back in stock to alert the customers when items are returned and then available for new customers, and it means more revenue as people really did want to get those products.

This is a great app for notifying customers when items come back into stock. This has reduced the workload for our Customer Service Team, and given the customers a way to be notified when their item is back. This has consistently driven revenue, and provided insight to our buying team as far as which products are most popular. It's easy to pull data from the app to see which products are most requested, and which products drive the most revenue when they're restocked.

Back in Stock is great. It is so easy for our customers to use and saves us so much time emailing back and forth with them. It took a bit of brain power to set up but the customer service was good and helped with our questions. We've been using it for over two years now I'm not sure we would want to run our business with out. Love it!

This is exactly what my website was lacking, and has removed need of me taking down customer requests myself, freeing up time. I've had some trouble with the buttons after changing themes but have been working it out with some support from Back in Stock staff.

Petra is very helpful. She was able to integrate the script into our team and it works great. just the way we like it! We ended up adding it to our second store. The only request we have is to have a more customisable back in stock form.
