Amp: Back in Stock & PreOrder+

App has done beautifully for me but I have an issue with a Shopify update on my theme that now shows the customer the 'tag' "bis-hidden" for this app. App support can't fix it. And Shopify referred me to the app support as they can't fix it. So I am shopping for a new back in stock app. Keep an eye on your search boxes on the front end for this issue as it is confusing to customers.

This is a great app for notifying customers when items come back into stock. This has reduced the workload for our Customer Service Team, and given the customers a way to be notified when their item is back. This has consistently driven revenue, and provided insight to our buying team as far as which products are most popular. It's easy to pull data from the app to see which products are most requested, and which products drive the most revenue when they're restocked.

Back in Stock is great. It is so easy for our customers to use and saves us so much time emailing back and forth with them. It took a bit of brain power to set up but the customer service was good and helped with our questions. We've been using it for over two years now I'm not sure we would want to run our business with out. Love it!

Does exactly what it's supposed to, easy to implement and customize and for customers to figure out!

This is exactly what my website was lacking, and has removed need of me taking down customer requests myself, freeing up time. I've had some trouble with the buttons after changing themes but have been working it out with some support from Back in Stock staff.

Some useful functionality missing, but otherwise an excellent app with excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this app. :)

Petra is very helpful. She was able to integrate the script into our team and it works great. just the way we like it! We ended up adding it to our second store. The only request we have is to have a more customisable back in stock form.

This app was easy to install - so easy that I thought I was missing something, but I wasn't! Petra on their support team helped me out quickly and easily. Great app. Simple & effective. I had to install in a hurry due to some high sales on my site. The support team were friendly, super fast and efficient. Would highly recommend.

The app has been really great in recovering what could have been lost sales. The staff was helpful when it came to integrating the app.

(Updated) After discussing further with the app developers they will open up for the possibility to manage to downgrade the account on your own. (Original) The app does its job and we are very satisfied with the app as long as we can stock up and therefore have the benefit of informing our customers that several products have been stocked up. However, it is not easy to switch from a paid version to a free version during the months when we do not benefit from the app. As a result, we have to pay for the app during the months that we do not benefit from it. The only way to downgrade to the free version again is by contacting them. They should have the opportunity to downgrade the app themselves via their "Billing" page.

Simple and effective app for taking back and delivering in stock notifications. Price is appropriate as well.

Been using this app for a few years and we like it. It allows us to recoupe potential lost sales. We're busy and the customer's busy and it's a great reminder without having to have someone go back and let the customers know the product is back in stock.

its one of those apps that you install once and it keeps working in the back without you ever having to do anything. perfect, is does what it supposed to and without any fuzz, can really recommend!
