The design and their service was just great. They helped us arrange the display of the widget very accurately. Highly Recommended!

Pretty good, does what it says :) my only feedback for a perfect app would be to be able to have more options to customize the email (colors, pictures, gifs) without code. And also I had to change the language of the display in my theme with a programer . But don't get me wrong, it is indeed pretty good.

This app has become an invaluable tool for our business. It works beautifully, and is easy to setup. We have been using this for awhile and appreciate that the app is always getting new features and improving!

I used this app to create a back in stock alert, not only is it extremely easy to use but the customer service is fantastic. I am using the free version and customer support customized this app to be fully integrated in to my theme (Streamline) in under 2 hours of me emailing them. Fantastic!!! Great App, definitely the best in its category. It allows for complete customization of notifications and frontend options. We specially value that the notification e-mails make it to most inboxes in comparison with other similar apps which don't. Plus, customer service is outstanding.

I'm impressed! I'm fairly early in the process, however, I had an issue with the "Email When Available" button not aligning properly with my existing "Sold Out" button on my theme. I reached out to the developer, explained the problem and provided some screenshots of the issue. It got resolved in a very timely manner! I have no doubts that they would help out if I run into any other issues! :-)

The moment we installed this app in our shop it helped us to grab customers and leads for sold out products. This makes it so much easier to track good-selling products, analyze variant requests and do re-orders. It honestly paid itself in the first few days of running

Have been using Back In Stock for a number of years. Works great and backed by excellent customer service. Would recommend. Has definitely helped re-capture sales that could have been lost due to out of stock.

Very easy to install. Good and fast feedback from the support team to design the button. Just get started but the beginning of the use seems efficient, for now I highly recommend it.

We had a sudden spike of some of our product we source being sold out very fast because they were featured in TV. In order to manage the influx of customers, we needed a quick way to add "Email When Available" so that we can keep this customers as much as possible. Found Back in Stock, installed and within a few minutes it was added in the site! Since we're a bilingual site, I needed some tweaks but Back In Stock customer service was there to help! This app lifted a huge weight from our shoulders. It works flawlessly and the CS is amazing and fast. We wouldn't be nearly as effective without it.

We were looking for an app with a good user interface and a fair pricing structure that would allow potential customers to get notified when our out of stock items were back in stock...and this app was a perfect match. Within the first month, we had over 100 notifications sent and most turned into customers...so the value was clear. Also, customer service was great (we had a minor interface issue we thought might have been caused by the app due to our complicated subscription setup and they helped to confirm where the issue was).

So awesome! Clean interface on both front and backend. Support is quick and extremely helpful! The app did exactly what I needed :) Wish I found this sooner!
