We love this app! It gives the customer a chance to sign up for the exact sold-out item they are interested in and an email is generated automatically as soon as inventory is updated. Less work for us on the admin side and customers are happy! Generates sales all on its own!

still having issue connecting this app to our Klaviyo email provider - support is somewhat responsive via email within 24-48 hours with vague suggestions that are not really helpful in mitigating the issue. Support that doesn't resolve a problem isn't support at all...

Been using this app for a few months on the free plan. Recently upgraded plan due to increased traffic which resulted to more email notifications produced and lead to more sales. Support has always been helpful and the simple app does exactly what it needs to do: immediately notify customers once item is back in stock!

This app has an excellent service and fair pricing. It‘s simple to use and we got a lot of extra sales from people who waited for out of stock products and then get informed automatically by this app. This is very convenient and our customers like it a lot :)

An excellent app! Our stock fluctuates a lot and sometimes popular items are not available for long periods of time. This app helps us capture a huge amount of revenue that would would have been otherwise lost. Set it and forget it then watch the sales roll in when you replenish stock.

Well written product that has actually thought through the way businesses work. Our previous solution would send out 100 notifications when a return came back into stock. One happy customer, 99 people who have to sign up again! Back in Stock has a rate limiting feature that means we can limit how many emails get sent based on the stock we have received.
