Easy to use and has been great for helping customers stay in the know. Recently had some issues with a customization and through some back and forth their support team was extremely helpful is resolving the issue so that we're back up and running smoothly.

Dont usually write reviews but this app really has outdone it self, as we've grown as a business we have introduced different themes, one of which stopped the app working altogether, send a quick message to their team and within the hour they replied. Completely understood the situation, proposed a couple of options going forward and now i dont have to worry about missing out on sales esspecially after some stock shortages. This service is priceless and the app has worked without fail since purchasing it for £8p/m, £8 investment for 100's in sales. I spoke to 4 other apps with the same issue, all unhelpfull, automated responces. Amazing work guys, they know what theyre doing and i trust them with my business' sales

We have been using this app for over a year. We are quite happy with it as are our customers. The app is great at keeping track of who needs an email and sending it out when things restock. I could not ask for a better app. It has worked flawlessly with our store.

one of the most useful shopify apps i have seen and so easy to install even for the non computer friendly was getting continuous emails asking when something would be back stock? not had one since installing this app- put simply - it works, will be looking out for any other shopify apps from this company

We have been using this app for a few months now. Although the plans are quite expensive for us as a very small business, it is very easy and quick to set up and our customers love the convenience of being notified.

I've been using Back In Stock since day one. Of ALL the apps I use, this one matters the most. We are a small business, we make products in small batches, so we are always out of stock. This saves a ton of time because the notifications are automatic. More importantly it pays for itself in sales because I collect emails through the notifications form and don't lose out on sales. PLUS, their customer support team is on point. I message them all the time with questions and requests, they get back to me quickly every time. They are a critical partner in our business' success.

So far so good! Obviously, I use the app for back in stock notifications and also for pre-order items. Very simple to install and use. I enjoyed the free plan for a few months and upgraded to the paid plan. If the paid plan comes with a bit more notification quota, that will be great. Other than that, all good.

Really great app, worth the money, works good, there is needed customization to meet your Brand needs. Always upgrades, that we've recently added sign up for the Back in Stock items using phone number. Recommend to use!

We handcraft our products and often go out of stock. Back In Stock has been huge in informing us about what our customers want and when, thus guiding our production decisions, as well as automatically notifying our customers when an item they want is available. It's invaluable being able to know exactly what your customers want, and then having a direct pipeline to customers that are already ready to buy. Plus, Back In Stock is easy and intuitive to use. Easily my best investment for my website.
