This is a fantastic app and I am a little upset I did not find it sooner. I needed a little modification and the developer took care of it ASAP. Reduces emails from customers asking when an item will be in stock. Auto sends emails letting them know they are back in stock. It even keeps track of sales produced through the app. Simply outstanding.

Similar to the other great reviews here - required a bit of customisation to display perfectly in keeping with our theme and after a quick email the changes were made dev-side within a few hours. An additional tweak for perfect spacing of a button was no trouble and handled in a similarly speedy manner; again within a day and over a bank holiday in the midst of a global pandemic so kudos on that. The app itself is stellar and does everything we need it to and more. Notifications for OOS products, batch delivery/notification settings, customisation options and purchase tracking all work well and are easy to deploy/work with. I tried a few other apps which all seemed quite expensive for fairly limited functionality; this one has a fully featured trial and we intend to infinite using it into its paid subscription. Thoroughly recommended.

Every store should have this! Can't recommend enough. I have used this app across 8 stores since 2015. We have Klaviyo now and we can use their back in stock functionality, but this app and their support has been so great that we have decided to keep using them regardless. 10/10!

This is a fantastic app that has been critical in capturing orders when we are out of stock. The notifications that go out when we are in stock again drive immediate revenue. The support team here is top notch.

I have a custom theme which also includes a "back in stock notification". I thought it was working perfectly, but later realized that almost all of my notifications were going "unread" (and mostly winding up in my customer's junk/spam folders). Not much point in sending notifications if customers don't see them. I tried just about every "back in stock" notification available but none of them worked well enough for my strict standards. Finally I gave this app a try. "Out of the box" it worked flawlessly. (Most of all customers were actually receiving my notifications). I did a lot of testing for this app to make sure it was perfect for me. Well before my trial period was up I had already decided that this app will be part of my store permanently. I had a little trouble getting it to look just the way I wanted, but the customer support I received from James was fast and very professional. Their support worked with me tirelessly and eagerly until I got it PERFECT. It looks like it was made just for my custom theme. I have over 300 products in my store and I manage everything myself. Since my products are "perishable", I have to keep a small inventory so that I can provide the freshest products with the longest expiration dates. Even though I restock almost daily, I was still missing sales because of even one day that and item was out of stock. This app solved my problem. I saw sales from the first day I used it. The "dashboard" is also very useful. I can see which customers are after which items, this really helps me set my limits for inventory. The price is competitive, especially if you consider "you get what you pay for". This app performs very well, customers actually receive the notifications, support is outstanding and it can be customized to fit your theme perfectly. I give five stars without hesitation.

Update: Unfortunately having a lot of script issues causing error messages on some browsers which scares of potential customers. Even though we have the option of turning it off in the editor there is code on the product page that would not go away until uninstalling the Back In Stock app.Its a shame as I really liked the app. I contacted support 2 weeks ago and there has been no resolution just a lot of escalation in support. Since the management of this app changed so has the support. Thank you to James who was very helpful in getting me set up with my theme customization. Very happy, people are already clicking the button and signing up for SMS and Email alerts.

The app is great and the installing process is easy to follow. I also loved all the customizations that are allowed and once I needed the support they were really fast in responding. I recommend the app.

Back In Stock is incredibly easy to set up and James from support is both helpful and speedy. We didn't have any issues integrating this app into our theme and once our inventory came in stock, the emails went out very quickly. The app has already paid for itself!

This app is great and does exactly what I need it to do. Very easy to navigate too. I would definitely recommend this app to any store that has in demand products that tend to sell out.

LOL. Added this app to our store, it installed itself and started working perfectly by itself. The entire process took about a minute. Even the 'back in stock' e-mail matches our theme perfectly. Incredible. I have NEVER had an app be this easy and straight forward in my life.

The BackInStock makes it easy for me to see what my customers want more of! Once I restock items my customers are notified immediately.

This app is a really helpful feature for our customers, as sometimes we have quite long waits for our products to be restocked, and then when they do come back in, they can sell out quickly, so this helps keep customers up to date. The support is EXCELLENT. James helped me with so many little questions, and he adapted and styled the integration to sit perfectly within my store.

The app is great. We do have an issue where the app creates accounts in Shopify with the collected email address but no First and Last name which is causing issues with a Celigo/Netsuite sync due to those being required field to sync. Developers seem to have no intentions on helping out with this situation. Take it or leave it. Otherwise our customers do appreciate the capability.

We love this app! The only thing we wish we could change is using it as a coming soon option also and change the wording to say Coming Soon instead of Sold Out. Other than that this app is perfect and has done a great job for us!!
