We use back in stock on all 5 of our Shopify stores and wouldn't go without it. The functionality is great and we get a surge in sales when we get a product back in stock. Great app, great support team, two thumbs app for back in stock!

This app is great - we chose it because it will batch send based on inventory vs. the number of notification (so you don't send way too many notifications when only a small amount of inventory comes back in stock). We are seeing great revenue from an app that requires almost no maintenance once it's installed! It's also super easy to exclude products or toggle notifications on and off per product using a simple tag in Shopify. Finally, I recently had to reach out to their support team to help us manually move notifications to a new SKU for the same product - I have never received such helpful and prompt response from a support team on a Shopify App. We would highly recommend Back In Stock!

The app is very simple and exactly what Back-in-stock alert should be. I switched my website theme and the app stopped working. I just emailed the support and they got it sorted very quickly. Highly recommend this app.

This app brings the most revenue to our company. It's that simple. I can go on and on about how easy it is to use, and customize, but at the end of the day, we capture more sales and revenue with this app than any other. It's an absolute must have !!!!!

I am so glad I added Back In Stock the moment that I ran out of stock on my most popular item! The moment I received new stock and updated my inventory count, Back In Stock sent over 1,000 emails in a matter of minutes, and my conversion rate more than quadrupled from the dry months of May and June!! :)

This app is great. It's easy to use and makes us money, so we'll keep using it! The ONLY thing that would make it an AMAZING product for us is if there was a way for the customer to check a box on the form to request a notification when ANY/ALL sizes of a given product become available, not just one size of that product. We sell live plants so usually our customer is happy to buy any size of a given plant when it comes available.

I installed this app less than a month ago and it has already made a big difference. It is easy to install and user friendly for the customer. It has also saved us a ton of time in responding to customers wanting to be notified when an item is available again. It is almost like having an additional employee.

Works as advertised. Support was seriously excellent when I needed it. By default the "notify me when it's back in stock" option only shows up to the customer when *all* variants of a product are out of stock. But I wanted people to be able to sign up for a notification when just a particular color was out of stock. Back In Stock support rewrote a script for our site to add that option with just one email. I'm used to dealing with app support that refers you to a knowledge base of code that may or may not work, and then spending hours in a rabbit hole troubleshooting. Having someone just make it work for me with no fuss was amazing. Thank you!
