We have started utilizing Back In Stock app for all of our "Coming Soon" products to gather what the interest is for any product we want to release. This app has made us a ton of money and I would highly recommend it for any e-commerce store!
Awesome! This is a great way to gauge demand for an upcoming launch. Glad you guys are using the app in creative ways :)

Back in stock totally pays for itself and works great! Highly recommend if you're looking for a way to notify customers when an item they want is back in stock.

This app has been a real time saver. It saves me from manually contacting customers to let them know a desired item is available AND it lets me know how many requests I have for each item, so I know what to make first.
Thank you for your review. Don’t forget that you can also set a Delivery Policy to limit how many notifications are sent depending on the inventory count of the product. This is great for limiting how many notifications are sent and really driving the conversion value as much as possible by limiting any lost notifications. This app works great for me. Customers are able to sign up for email notifications for products that are sold out in their size and I get good data on what my customers are in need of.

We've been using Back in Stock for 4+ years and have never had a single issue. It's an important part of our customer service. Every time we add a product back into inventory we see a huge uptick in sales thanks to this app. We also use it to drive excitement over new products before they launch.

I am generally very happy with how this app works, the only thing I can think of as a problem is that it does not show the "Email me .. " box when you look at a product in "Quick View"

Great app, even better customer service! I had a couple of requests for the placement of the notification button on my store across different views (phone, tablet, desktop) and the team here quickly and effectively made the changes to match my store's design aesthetic and requirements.

The application, unfortunately, was not a great fit for us. It kept sending out false restock notification notices to our customers and caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience. When we reached out to customer service, they said there was nothing wrong but our stock was at zero yet the emails kept seeming to go out. It was really unfortunate they were not willing or unable to further assist on a glitch on their app.

Very helpful and easy to use app. Customer support is also very fast. I think this a very important feature to add to your e-commerce store especially if you work with a rather small inventory.

Perfect app for collecting emails when products go out of stock or when they are on the way. The team at Back In Stock responds quickly to questions and has been friendly/efficient when helping implement customization aspects to our site.

Bad. Does not support Shopify locations. Why would you not keep your app up to date with Shopify.

PERFECT :) We have tried several other app with "back in stock" functions. All saying that they are "fully customizable", but not really working for non-programmers like us. This app is much easier to setup that all the other app we have tried. The app also allows to not send e-mail automatically, which was very useful to us in beginning while testing the app. 5+ stars from us!

Good app when it works - we are paying for three subscriptions and they have all stopped working, I have tried to contact support multiple times with no response. Super frustrating.
