We've been using this app for couple of months now and loving it. Though we always keep our inventory well and almost never run out of stock but when we do, this app really helps. Very simple but does the job done!

This app is amazing for two reasons: 1) It delivers exactly what it promises, with a sufficient level of customization and control. Customers sign up, when product arrives, the emails go out without a hitch, and it only sends an amount relative to the stock I have. I just upgraded for the second time, because we are getting more and more use out of it. 2) No upkeep. I did some minor customization to the form, but since then it has been entirely on autopilot and working flawlessly. If every other app filled it's purpose as amazingly as this one, my store would practically run itself.

If you're manually e-mailing your customers whenever you receive new stock, you're doing it wrong. Hands off approach with a great template editor and Klaviyo (or Mail Chimp) integration to capture new e-mail subscription leads which is a bonus. Matt was great in supporting us for the install!

These guys have been great - we've been using it since it was just starting out and it's worked consistently. Since then, they have added a ton of improvements and obvious integrations that make it even more seamless. Couple of issues; when I was at free I thought me going over to a paid plan would be the better options due to the limitations. Well from Free it goes to $19 thats literally the first option. There is no way to downgrade and there is no lower price than 19. Its a great app and the features are super cool. Especially when you create something like I have where they click notify when back in stock. I just dont like the no lower plan situation

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OTHER APP! I set this up in 8 minutes, it's amazing. Everything worked out of the box...I mean everything. Highly recommend and rarely give 5 stars for anything, but I'd give this 6 if I could.

We have greatly appreciated the back in stock feature and see higher conversion rates when our customers are able to use it. There have been a few technical glitches on our end because we redesigned our site template, but Matt was able to help us figure out the issue and work towards a resolution.
