The app is very easy to set up and use. It is incredibly simple for customers to understand how to use it. We have thousands of T-Shirts and sometimes a particular variant is out of stock but the other sizes are in stock. The app was only showing items that were out of stock for all variants. We reached out to Matt about setting up an out of stock for one size of a T-shirt. He responded incredibly fast! I sent an email at 2:09pm he responded by 2:17pm. We exchanged a few emails and by 4:37pm he had the code integrated into the site for us. AMAZING Customer support. He offered great suggestions. If you are looking for an out of stock app pay your money to Back in Stock and call it a day you will not regret it.

Love this app for multiple reasons! Firstly, the customer service is amazing. Matt reached out immediately when we needed help and even assisted us with coding so that the app worked seamlessly with our site. Secondly, this app provides valuable data for figuring out who your customer is and what's missing from your store (even if you don't ever restock items). Totally recommend!!

This app saves you a lot of time if you have products that sell out quickly. Customers really appreciate being notified when the product they want is back in stock and this app delivers great looking emails.

We just installed this app and we ran into a couple integration issues as we wanted to customize the button and the popup window. Support was very fast and unbelievably helpful. They state support within one business day but we were pleasantly surprised to find it's typically much faster. Everything has been integrated nicely now and we are off and running. It's all about customer support and these guys have nailed it. Not to mention it is a great product that does everything we needed and more.

I previously had to build lists from emails that the site generated for each product, and then build a separate notification email for each one that came back in stock. Ahh! So it's magical that it's all happening automatically now with the Back in Stock app. It's been a huge timesaver, and I really appreciate that it gave us full control over our email creative, and also integrated beautifully into our site's theme with one click. Additionally, Matt has been really helpful in responding to the questions I've had during setup.

Great app, and the team is super helpful! They implemented a more custom design and allowed the Back In Stock Email Notification to show up for a single size that was out of stock as opposed to showing up on the entire product page. It has helped increase sales and keeps our customers coming back to get the products they love. The app emails the customers for you, so no need to worry about that, and you can see which products/sizes are most in demand, which is helpful for inventory management and restocking. The app works perfectly in capturing interest in a sold out product. Using this app can provide a great boost once you re add inventory. The support staff (Matt) is amazing. Anytime we have changed themes or wanted help he took care of it right away. You can't go wrong with this app and Matt.

Excellent app! Support was great in getting the app customized to our template and it looks completely seamless with the site design unlike some of the other apps that do the same thing. Other positives include easy to use back-end interface, and nice customization options on the e-mail notifications. This app is a must for a any store that loses sales from out of stock products.

UPDATE: The most recent update allows you to set a threshold of items in stock before it sends emails out your customers. This is much appreciated! The support team is always quick and helpful. They even helped up set up the back in stock modal on our collection page! This app does exactly what it describes and the modal and other assets are easily customizable. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Back in Stock does exactly what the app suggests. It notifies your customers when an item is back in stock. It crawls every 2 hours and the system works perfectly. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because of the lack of a notification threshold (i.e. only notify a customer when there is X amount in stock). Sometimes when refunds or cancellations are made - 1 item is added to the inventory and hundreds of customers get a notification email from the application. Then, they get frustrated when they reach the site and the item is out of stock again. So a threshold is definitely a must.

One of my favorite of all the apps on my new shopify site. Previously I had Magento, and before that, wordpress. I'm very happy with shopify because of the ease of adding in all of these apps that work so well with my site. This one in particular is amazing, as soon as I add in a restock of inventory, it sends out notifications to those who requested it. It doesn't just send once a day at a certain time, it sends it immediately! And it is apparently super easy for my customers to use to sign up for notification, because I've got more people than ever before, on any of my sites, signing up for in stock notifications for their specific size/color preference. Love this app!

Awesome app support and customer service. Matt took the initiative by helping me install a button as the app did not seem to integrate with my new shopify theme on Mobile. I've been using this app since last year and it's been very helpful especially on having a good gauge on how much to re-stock for sold-out designs. My customers certainly love receiving the email notification when their fav item is back in store as well. Thanks Team!
