We are very pleased with the level of care we received from the app regarding the restoration of our product metafields. Stephan and Ahmad are a credit to your company and were very quick to reply to all questions and queries which put our mind at rest. Will definitely be recommending this app to other developers and stores we work closely with.

We had a terrible experience with this app. On go-live day, most of our data did not come across from our sandbox to the live store, so the team had to populate it manually.

I’ve never had to use the Rewind app, fortunately, but having it running in the background provides an immense sense of peace of mind for our business. I highly recommend it.

Initially, we were concerned about unexpected charges, but after reaching out, the team was incredibly transparent and quick to clarify everything. They provided excellent customer service and handled the situation fairly. Really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to resolve things smoothly. A top-notch service!

I just installed the app yesterday so I cannot comment about the backups yet but so far customer service is quick to respond and they're very helpful!

I've been using them for years, but never needed to do a back up until last week. It was a very specific backup that I couldn't do myself, but customer support helped after two or three emails.

I have had Rewind installed since 2020 and I've never had a reason to use it until recently when there was an issue with deleted items in our store. The restore process was so smooth and easy, and the customer support was top-notch — responsive, and patient with all my questions. Stephan, in particular, was outstanding and helped me get set up with another feature of our plan that I had not been using before. Highly recommend this app!

I have been using The Rewind Backup app for a while now. It gives me peace of mind to know that if I mess up a theme by changing the wrong setting I will be able to roll it back to last (daily) backup. I can also easilly backup manully if I know I am about to try a change that might not go as expected. It s well for the money to keep our store save!

Bianca with customer support was very helpful and patient and walked us through the entire process. We feel more secure knowing all of our data is backed. We had a malicious freelancer delete everything once, and we never want to be left without an option to back it up ever again. We also customize our code occasionally, and sometimes things go wrong, with Rewind we feel at ease. Thanks!

I am new to shopify. I came from Wordpress/Woocommere and was looking for an all-in-one migration and back up-app like you have in Wordpress. I tested this one but the backup did not contain all the settings I needed. In the 7th day of my trial, there was suddenly the bill of 79 euros. Oops, I was planning to cancel, but not clear how to stop the subscription. I contacted shopify, but now by coincidence I was too late. In fact I do not need the app for the upcoming month at all, because my shop is pending and not ready to go online yet. I contacted Rewind, told them all of this and asked for a refund. Their response was, I was out of the trial period, so they can just charge me. I think this was not really emphatic, rules are rules, but sometimes people are beginners and make mistakes. I answered them to reconsider, because I read previous reviews that they do sometimes refund if someone is not satisfied. I am still waiting for their answer. If things change I will update.

While I wish it was easier to download a backup of my site, with a one click download, as I think it should be. I will say this.... I emailed their support and they were very responsive. Brittney Durston was the associates name that took care of me and she was prompt and very helpful. I have my backup downloaded a day later. That's good customer service.

I had an issue involving what I thought were some unauthorized changes to some of the listings on our store. After failing to find a solution that would help me in the app, I contacted the Rewind Backups support team and explained my situation. I wasn't sure exactly when or exactly what had been altered and I needed a complete snapshot of all the listings exported to me in a file from various dates. They informed me that they don't typically offer the service I needed, but understood my situation and would make an exception for me. This was on a SUNDAY! I cannot say enough about how absolutely amazing my experience has been working with this support team. I truly felt like they had my back 100%. They were quick to respond, very clear and concise in their emails, and free of the kind of up-sell nonsense I've become all too accustomed to when dealing with other support teams. Absolutely exceeded all expectations and I couldn't be happier!

I was so grateful to know that this app that I kept paying for but not really knowing what I needed it for was there when I found out why I needed it. Thanks to Brittany, I restored my website before my major mess up and carried on with my day.
