Rewind saved me from a lot of headaches, my team is updating products every day and mistakes can occur. Just go in the app search for the product and in 2 minutes everything was back like before. I highly recommend it.

Rewind was installed about a year ago. Weekly summaries are delivered as promised in the sales cycle. Never had to restore anything, knock on wood. One weekly report had 'wild' numbers in the summary. Back to normal the following weekend. Support answer was 'we do not know' why the anamoly on one weekly summary. Would recommend for your peace of mind.

We've been using Rewind for a few years & was convenient to have old listings archived without having them present in the background. While Rewind was probably our favorite app on our list, they slipped when they notified us of a soon-to-be price increase from an affordable $9/mo to $19/mo. This price increase in this economy is not sustainable to the small business that already a ticket holder on the struggle-bus. On the hunt for another service that offers the same support minus the huge price per month.

We use Quantity Breaks from Bold Commerce. Been using it for years. Products C500 to C599 and other products were added to Quantity Breaks because the Price Breaks had "Disappeared". Rewind destroyed all our additions to Quantity Breaks. If point of fact we have over 1100 products in Quantity Breaks. REWIND REMOVED Over Two Thirds of our products from the price grid we set up 3 to 4 years ago. Use Rewind at your own risk.

Backups are essential for any data you feel is important. We use Rewind for both Shopify and Quickbook. Their customer support is top notch if you have any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.

If you are a serious store than you already have Rewind. Who in their right mind is not going to backup their shopify store! Sarah in support is amazing and helps with any problem or concern you might have. Sleep easy at night and get this app!

It give us great peace of mind that our data is backed up. The system works really well, and that at no cost. We have had a small problem, when just started, with no back-up. It cost us several hours to get back online. Rewind shall prevent that. Too bad they don't offer online chat yet.

This is a great app. In my opinion - a must have! Easy to install and works perfectly from the start. You feel immediately calmer, if you know everything is secure. I have two shops and of course use Rewind in both. :)

This a great app. A must have, especially if you have low tech skills with computers and website building. It will save you time and money when the inevitable happens. No repairs needed, simply rewind. :)

I installed the app to be sure I could save all of the work I've done over the last month. Very easy to install and create backups. I would highly recommended for anyone even if they have limited experience.

Like this Rewind Backups which gives me a hassle-free auto daily back-up of my on-line store without fail. Back up my store is always my top priority !

Great app for our store, love the weekly report that is emailed. Very easy to use, love the fact that deleted items are retained for 7 days.
