Rewind Backups

I wanted something to back up the hard work in case (god forbid) something goes wrong. I have not yet used it but it is peace of mind knowing that everything is backed up. The staff is also great as they answer fast which is gold to me.

Perfect for backups, very easy to retrieve store data and store elements e.g. pages, themes, etc. The user interface is very friendly and easy to navigate.

I lost all data Thursday on my website by installing a bad CSV file. I was not warned by Shopify. The only save was my ink frog link to eBay. I was able to repair images and SKUs but not inventory. I spent 3 days 17 hours per day with the first 2 days only 1 hour sleep. Now I am doing a long overdue complete inventory because of all the errors. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. But I came out stronger as a result and want to keep it. I will be closing ink frog at some point. Glad I found this app. I noticed you even tell me how many products I have. That simple information was not even accessible on Shopify. Well worth $15 for peace of mind. Just today I thought I lost a product because I deleted it, but found it again on Rewind and restored it. Although it was not restored in the order I had listed it as a product I am still good with not having to re do it. I thought I would never have to use this feature...guess what...just did!! I greatly appreciate this app with all that I have on my site, to know that I don't have to worry about losing any of my info. takes a lot off of my plate. They are great and to see each week in my email that it was backed up, enough said. Dawn

I don't have very many products and signed up for the free plan. I don't know how it's possible that they are now charging me $ 8-month fee as saying I have 5000+ records when I don't even have a hundred products. Slimy, sneaky people. Distrust very much! Oh, and they have a no refund policy!

A few small bugs (like estimated total count before you decide on a plan), however setup and backup works great and very easy to setup. Highly recommend. I appreciate the free plan to save a couple dollars while getting the store off the ground. Every bit helps. I'm sure to keep this app! The chat support person was amazing. A must have app for any shopify store.

In the first week of use this app allowed me to roll back a small portion of the site after another app's install was done poorly. Very easy to use.

Awesome app....almost forgot we have it. Sleep well knowing when I wake the store is waiting and if it weren't, I would just Rewind. Everything in life should be this easy. Have rec'd a call from the team just caring about our experience, EVEN THO WE ARE ON THE FREE PLAN at this time. Usually you cant find people when you have a problem...not with these folks. I was looking for an app to provide a backup of my store and Rewind offered everything we needed in a very easy way to install and utilize. The customer service is excellent and really quick to reply to any questions.

VERY useful app if you use Shopify. If there's ever a bug or mistake on our website, we can go back and restore the old version without any issues! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic must have app for every Shopify store. One of the rare times you install an app and it just does it's job with zero issues. User friendly interface, excellent pricing and not that you'll be needing it but if you do have questions the support is A+. I usually don't write reviews but these guys deserve it.

Highly recommended. This is a no-brainer app, the basic version is free and it backs up all aspects of your store. This isn't just to prevent against hackers, but if you make a mistake in the code, or want to revert to a previous product description. It's one click to do this. This is a must-have for any store owner.
