Rewind Backups

I installed Rewind a few weeks ago to guarantee that our daily work isn't lost and, so far, I few peaceful to have this APP installed. It's worth a try.

I have not been using Rewind for very long but so far it seems to be doing the job. I do however have to rave about the outstanding customer service Rewind offers. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my backup solutions.

Rewind is one app that I wouldn't do without! The peace of mind just knowing that my store is regularly being backed up, and the totally affordable monthly fee and then to top it all off, the awesome and very prompt customer service! Just get it, you'll be glad you did!

Excellent app! Easy to install and monitor. I haven't needed to restore anything yet, but it's very reassuring to see that the daily backups are being done automatically. As our site is new to Shopify, we're adding stock and making changes daily, so it is also helpful to be able to do a backup at any time to save these changes.

Great app. Support has been wonderful, the dashboard is great. Thankfully have not needed to rewind anything...hope we never will. As we have been building out our security/backup regiment we are thrilled to be able to add Rewind to our arsenal of tools to prevent doomsday.

We have a small e-commerce store and installed Rewind product for Backups. The installation process was smooth and we get weekly email backup status updates which is very reassuring. Definitely recommend the product. Thanks for an awesome product..

This app gives us great peace of mind that our information is available to us should something go wrong. A must have.

Great easy App. Must have in case you loose any info or work on the theme and make a huge mistake.

The suport is pretty good and fast. But at $60 per year (or $300 over 5 years) its quite an expensive solution. (especially when you can do this basically for free on any wordpress site). But will keep it for now.... start running multiple sites and your bill is quite huge. Should be priced MUCH better, otherwise cant complain about the app.

Is like having Life Insurance for your website! It provides peace of mind in case anything goes wrong and it works like a charm automatically doing the back up on the background. The customer service is very responsive. I would recommend this app.

All Shopify stores need this app. It's like insurance for an online store. Their support is great too.

Already saved hours of work when we needed to recover “accidently” deleted products. Very easy for me to “rewind” to a previous backup copy of the products and bring them back from the dead. A brilliant App with first class response/support.

Great app providing the peace of mind that I need. I can't imagine having to re-enter my whole store from scratch, so this saves hundreds of hours in the event that I need to use a backup. Best insurance yet.

Rewind is great, I cant imagine losing my data. Peace of mind knowing everything is constantly being backed up!

I can't imagine losing any of my data. Accidents happen and if you delete something by mistake, it's gone. Thanks to Rewind I don't have to worry about that. [Update] - Well it happened :( I had two products open that were very similar and I mistakenly made some of the edits to the wrong one. I went to the Rewind app, found the right version and restored the page. It worked beautifully! [3–31-26 Update] Another app in my store inadvertently deleted all my smart collections. Was able to restore them with Rewind. And their support staff sent me a PDF of my menus so I could recreate them. The other app support wasn’t much help.
