Have not had to use it yet but nice to know it's there. Rating is 4 star as not tested. Back-up is essential - would not have a website without it, after all the work to put it together.

We haven't had to restore from a backup yet, but from what we've seen it looks to have backed up everything we could possibly need! The pricing is also very reasonable for what you get. We lost our entire WordPress website and all data before moving to Shopify, so it's incredibly reassuring that something like Rewind exists.

Fortunately we have not needed to use the app yet for a restore, but I love knowing that it is there and that you can restore by sections such as product images, pages or blogs. I am transitioning into a new theme and feel more secure knowing that my data is backed up if I need it. Installation was super seamless and required very little of me.

Easy and quick to install. Happy to know that if something happens we have a backup and don't have to recreate our site.

So far so good. The visibility of what is backed up is excellent and provides real peace of mind that we can recover if the worst were to happen, or simply part of the site gets broken. It's always a bit of a nail-biter adding apps that modify things in the background - another good reason to have this in place. No brainer - do it!

Rewind just saved my ass!!! I was working a little too fast and I pretty much destroyed a product description during html editing. Silly me. I didn't THINK of worrying about code safety because I trusted Rewind. 5-stars!

I installed Rewind a few weeks ago to guarantee that our daily work isn't lost and, so far, I few peaceful to have this APP installed. It's worth a try.

I have not been using Rewind for very long but so far it seems to be doing the job. I do however have to rave about the outstanding customer service Rewind offers. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my backup solutions.

Rewind is one app that I wouldn't do without! The peace of mind just knowing that my store is regularly being backed up, and the totally affordable monthly fee and then to top it all off, the awesome and very prompt customer service! Just get it, you'll be glad you did!

Excellent app. It gave me peace of mind with, literally, just one click. It doesn't get easier than that. I didn't have to use the "restore" up to now and I hope I never will have to. But, just the thought that this app has my back, is priceless!!!

Excellent app! Easy to install and monitor. I haven't needed to restore anything yet, but it's very reassuring to see that the daily backups are being done automatically. As our site is new to Shopify, we're adding stock and making changes daily, so it is also helpful to be able to do a backup at any time to save these changes.

Great app. Support has been wonderful, the dashboard is great. Thankfully have not needed to rewind anything...hope we never will. As we have been building out our security/backup regiment we are thrilled to be able to add Rewind to our arsenal of tools to prevent doomsday.
