We have a small e-commerce store and installed Rewind product for Backups. The installation process was smooth and we get weekly email backup status updates which is very reassuring. Definitely recommend the product. Thanks for an awesome product..

One word to describe this app: AMAZING. Think of it as an insurance policy, you hope you will never need it but, if something happens you will flawlessly be able to "rewind" to the day before the data loss happened. We installed this app after losing around 1500+ professionally taken photos (caused by a mysterious Shopify glitch during a price change upload). Needless to say that replacing the photos one item at the time cost us several $K. Our advice: DONT THINK, GET IT AND FORGET ABOUT IT! Laguiole-Imports.com

The suport is pretty good and fast. But at $60 per year (or $300 over 5 years) its quite an expensive solution. (especially when you can do this basically for free on any wordpress site). But will keep it for now.... start running multiple sites and your bill is quite huge. Should be priced MUCH better, otherwise cant complain about the app.

Is like having Life Insurance for your website! It provides peace of mind in case anything goes wrong and it works like a charm automatically doing the back up on the background. The customer service is very responsive. I would recommend this app.

Already saved hours of work when we needed to recover “accidently” deleted products. Very easy for me to “rewind” to a previous backup copy of the products and bring them back from the dead. A brilliant App with first class response/support.

Great app providing the peace of mind that I need. I can't imagine having to re-enter my whole store from scratch, so this saves hundreds of hours in the event that I need to use a backup. Best insurance yet.

Rewind is great, I cant imagine losing my data. Peace of mind knowing everything is constantly being backed up!

I can't imagine losing any of my data. Accidents happen and if you delete something by mistake, it's gone. Thanks to Rewind I don't have to worry about that. [Update] - Well it happened :( I had two products open that were very similar and I mistakenly made some of the edits to the wrong one. I went to the Rewind app, found the right version and restored the page. It worked beautifully!

Having checked around Rewind Backups is the only app that truly backs up everything in your store. Thankfully, I've not had the need to use the backup files, but I can attest to how easy it was to set up and when I've had queries the team get back to you very quickly. Rewind is an insurance policy against the day it happens - you hope it never will but it's worth the fee to know that if anything did go wrong you can restore your store immediately.
