Having checked around Rewind Backups is the only app that truly backs up everything in your store. Thankfully, I've not had the need to use the backup files, but I can attest to how easy it was to set up and when I've had queries the team get back to you very quickly. Rewind is an insurance policy against the day it happens - you hope it never will but it's worth the fee to know that if anything did go wrong you can restore your store immediately.

For peace of mind this is well worth it. We had an experience with our previous platform where some images were lost and we had to manually upload again which was very time consuming. Hopefully this is an app that won't be required much, but to know that you can Rewind to a point in time, is just great.

Does what is says on the tin. Easy to use interface. Piece of mind that my site is backed up and easy to restore individual items!

It has been a pleasure to use this product for backups and recovery, it is well designed and the support has been exceptionally good. The zip file export (requested through a request to rewind support at this time) is the secret sauce for us— the image export which is part of the zip file has been invaluable.

Rewind saved us when we accidentally deleted a collection we had spent hours building. The process to recover what we needed couldn’t have been easier and we were able to restore just that collection without having to revert anything else on the site.

We were advised to backup our website so set about looking for an app that could do this and after reading the reviews on 'Rewind' we took the plunge and signed up. We can now sleep well at night, knowing that our website is regularly backed up offsite :-)

Great app. Does exactly what it says and is pretty easy and straightforward. Messed up a mass import and was easily able to recover all my products prior to import. Saved me from hours of rework and an angry business partner.

Great app! Saved my site. I managed to destroy it through a code change. And thanks to Rewind I could bring it back to work normally. Only recommend!

Love this app. We regularly add, pause, delete and edit products and Rewind makes the process seamless when we need to go back. Highly recommend for any Shopify store!

We have to thank your company for the Rewind App. We installed your app a couple of months ago... never expecting to use it. Today an app support team broke our website and left a jumbled mess. It would have cost us 1000's of $$$ in lost sales until it was repaired. We hit the rewind button and within minutes our site was up an back to normal. It works!!! I grabbed a before and after picture of part of the page. Fortunately I haven't had to use the "rewind" feature yet but the install was smooth and effortless. The app UI is simple and intuitive. With no access to FTP or databases with Shopify this backup app is crucial if you want to sleep sound at night. It's the best reviewed backup app on the app store so the obvious choice. Along with keeping your data safe it's nice to know since you don't have much of a test development choice for Shopify, that you can easily reverse changes you've made to your shop if they just didn't work out, especially if you're modifying your theme.
