We haven't had any problems. But feel very secure knowing we have Rewind in place should we ever have any issues!

So far we thankfully haven't had any accidents and had to use a restore in the live environment but I have tested a few test restores and it seems to work as described. the weekly update that highlights the changes is very helpful to keep on top of changes happening. At 299.00 per month it is the most expensive app we have installed but the peace of mind is worth it when you have as much custom content and metafields as we do. The development and support is very active and new features are being pushed out regularly.

Back up was seemless and simple ! I have not done a rewind yet. Love the easy to see console so I can rewind the different parts that I choose. That is really powerful feature ! Also I have asked some questions and their support are right back to me, really impressed so far.

Really easy to use. Good to have the security of know can revert to a previous version of the site.

The Rewind software has already saved me from a couple of disastrous situations. Rewind made it easy to go back and fix the problem. A great piece of software for a Shopify store.

This app has saved us a couple times so far and is well worth the small monthly fee. Definitely recommended for peace of mind!

In this day and age was paranoid about losing chunks of my website whether maliciously or by accident and wanted peace of mind. Glad to say have not had to use Rewind but have given five stars as easy to install and communication has been good so should I need to use Rewind am confident the team will help me out should I have any issues I can't figure out myself www.hammockbarn.co.uk

nice idea for backups but totally flawed in the fact that you cant download an offline copy of the backup. Anyone know whos has dealt with sensitive data over time that leaving your data and backups down to a system out of your hands is basic bad practice. Also the app is expensive at $5 every month, thats $60 per year or $300 over 5 years - a hell of alot more than very high quality software which is a time purchase. I do not agree with the ongoing payment system these apps suck you into - over time they end up costing a ridiculous amount of money for what you get. If offline backups were available and the app was a one time payment , would prob get 5 stars, until then its 2 stars.
We do allow customers to download offline copies of their backups. Contact us at [email protected] and request an export of your data - we're happy to provide that to paying customers who have been with us for 6 months or more.
