It's difficult to leave a review until I've had a need to restore from backup, but I am very pleased with the user experience so far so consider my review for that. Coming from a previous Magento site, the thought of not being able to backup on Shopify was too much - I've seen firsthand the things that can go wrong, especially when adding apps and editing the source code. While I do think this should be a feature built into Shopify and not something we should have to pay extra for, the app does a good job of showing me what's backed up and when and stays out of the way otherwise. The peace of mind alone is worth the small monthly fee - though if it was any more expensive I'd have reservations. Back to changing the world, one hammock at a time! https://www.treklightgear.com

We've been using Rewind for over a month now and never felt so safe about our data! We had to recover an old version of a product's description and were able with the built-in functionality. It's a small fee to pay to get a good peace of mind!

It all seems to be working well for us so far! Hopefully, we never have to use the backup, but it is good peace fo mind to know it is there!

I haven't had to use the restore functionality (knock on wood) but the app seems good at consistently backing up our store and keeping me abreast of exactly what the deltas are from one backup to the next.

Fantastic app. We have recently migrated from Magento EE to Shopify Plus and the installation process of apps Shopify is so much easier, couple that with this incredible backup/restore system and we are thrilled. Rewind allows me to sleep at night!

We've been using Rewind Backups for several years and have never had a problem with it. The control panel makes it easy to locate specific backup items. Their support (Noah, in this case) was quick to get back to us when we had a question about our account.

A backup is one of those things that every store needs. Haven't had to use it much yet but the feature set seems good.

If you have ever been a victim of your site crashed and lost by something that is out of your control, then you know the absolute terror that is created by that. It's like watching your store burn to the ground. Been there! Felt That! This is the app to have so you can sleep at night. A must have, it's like insurance. Protect your income!

This is a must have. Having recently suffered a massive loss of data due to a Shopify glitch (not that they'll admit it) - I am still rebuilding my store three weeks later. Rewind gives you the features that should be built into the platform by default and by doing so, gives me more peace of mind than I thought possible. If you thought your Shopify data was backed up - it's not. Get Rewind and get on with building your business.

Peace of mind. It's simple to install, backs it all up. Luckily I have not had to try restoring anything yet. Everyone should be backed up.
