Wir nutzen BLOY Loyalty Rewards in unserem Shopify-Shop und sind sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der extrem engagierte und hilfreiche Support. Auf Fragen oder Anliegen wird schnell reagiert und man bekommt wirklich kompetente Hilfe. Außerdem wurden alle Features, die wir angefragt haben, von den App-Entwicklern umgesetzt, was zeigt, wie nah das Team am Feedback der Nutzer arbeitet. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt sind die vielen Möglichkeiten zur Individualisierung, sodass sich das Loyalty-Programm sehr gut an die eigenen Anforderungen und den Shop anpassen lässt. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein flexibles und gut betreutes Loyalty-Programm für Shopify suchen.

I’ve been using BLOY Loyalty Rewards for my store, Alloria3D, and the experience has been fantastic. The app is incredibly easy to set up and use, even for someone who isn't a tech expert. The UI (User Interface) is clean, modern, and very intuitive, making it simple to manage our loyalty points and rewards. What truly stands out, however, is the support team they are extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me with my specific customizations. If you are looking for a reliable loyalty app with top-notch support on Shopify, this is definitely the one!!

We recently switched to BLOY from another loyalty program app, and the migration of our existing customer points was completely seamless. The setup process was very straightforward, and the app is incredibly easy to configure and customize to fit our store’s needs. One of the biggest advantages for us is the integration with Shopify Flow, which will make it much easier to automate and personalize our interactions with customers. Great support team I had a great experience with the support team. I requested several changes to my theme and also asked for the watermark to be removed, and they handled everything professionally and efficiently. They were very responsive, patient, and willing to help with all my customization requests. What I appreciated most was how quickly they replied and how smoothly they made the whole process. Every change I asked for was understood clearly and implemented without complications. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and the level of support they provide. It made managing my store much easier and stress-free. Highly recommended!
