Great app! Great customer service! Just starting using it and needed a bit of help, we didn't have to wait long before help was there. This should really help drive sales for our store. We highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a loyalty rewards program.

I installed the app but encountered some difficulties during the setup process. Kyle was exceptionally helpful in guiding me through each step and ensuring everything was configured correctly. His clear, step-by-step instructions made the installation much easier. I highly recommend the app and truly appreciate Kyle’s excellent support.

Very helpful and responsive. I like that they have easy migration from previous loyalty apps and the system is easy to navigate and understand. I would definitely recommend the app!

Outstanding loyalty app – powerful, flexible, and easy to use We already know this app from another store and were extremely impressed, so using it again was an easy decision. It offers everything needed to build a professional and effective loyalty program: points, rewards, VIP tiers, referrals, and repeat purchase incentives – all in one clean and intuitive interface. The setup is straightforward, the features are well thought out, and the integration with Shopify (checkout, customer accounts, POS) works flawlessly. Creating rewards, discounts, and VIP structures is simple yet flexible enough to fit different brand strategies. What really stands out is how smoothly everything runs, how much it supports customer retention and repeat purchases, and the fast, helpful support team behind it. An excellent alternative to much more expensive loyalty apps – highly recommended.

Nice people, app is great. Got a lot of function and is really user friendly. My language is not available but it is very easy with a preview to make the changes! I really reccoment this app :)

Great app. Took my store from 0 to 100. Support is GREAT. Must use. It was extremely easy to configure. UI is super cool, blends seemlessly with my store. Looks like it's a part of it. It is highly customizable, which is the feature I loved the most!

Great loyalty app with outstanding support Bloy Loyalty & Rewards has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The app works well and does exactly what we need for our loyalty and rewards program, but what really stands out is their support team. They’ve been incredibly friendly, responsive, and willing to help with even minor issues. Anytime something came up, they took the time to solve it quickly and clearly. They also went the extra mile to help me with template adjustments, which made a big difference in getting everything to look and function the way I wanted. It’s refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares and is happy to help. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable loyalty app backed by great customer support.

Only been using this app for a few weeks but so far so good. Easy to install and add to my website (without any expertise) just followed the useful videos. Its integrated seamlessly and is working. Customers are collecting points, moving up the tiers, one customer has redeemed their rewards already. I'm looking forward to seeing what it does to drive sales and increase my business. Its my way of giving something back to my customers and they feel part of a club - drives their loyalty. Would highly recommend. All this for free - just hoping it stays free as for tiny businesses this is a massive help.

Beste Treuepunkte-App auf dem Markt. Ich nutze die App jetzt schon eine Weile und bin begeistert. Technisch läuft alles reibungslos ohne Abstürze. Die Vielfalt an Funktionen macht das Punktesammeln kinderleicht. Wenn man doch mal Hilfe braucht, antwortet der Support extrem schnell und freundlich. So macht Kundenbindung Spaß!
