BLOY Loyalty has it all! I created a rewards program for my business without pulling off my hair. I needed help removing the watermark and changing the logo's position and color, and Chloe and Eric came quickly to the rescue. They are a small team, but the courtesy and customer-oriented service are top-notch. If you are looking for a Loyalty rewards app, try BLOY Loyalty.

This is the kind of loyalty program and rewards app I was looking from the beginning of my webshop. I'm very happy to have found this app as it's super easy to customize and translate to another language. But the best I find here is the customer service: Chloe is AMAZING! Always helping and super kind. I want to say thank you so much for doing such a great work!

After downloading many apps, this was the most easy to use out of it all. I downloaded many apps that you had to upgrade and pay a lot of money to get the birthday feature or ad referrals or any customizations. This allowed me to customize everything. And best of all it is free they were extremely helpful even offered to remove the auto mark and no extra cost And reply instantly. I look forward to utilizing all the wonderful features.

I had a great experience with the BLOY Loyalty Program & Reward! Their team was incredibly helpful and responsive when I needed support. It's rare to find a program that not only offers great rewards but also provides excellent customer service. They really went above and beyond for me. Very easy to use and to navigate. I had no issue translating the fields in French. I received exceptional (free) support from Chloe, even on a Sunday. She did an amazing job, thank you!

Nice app with a lot of nice features. Would be nice to have ViP tiers and multi language option. But if you don’t search for these option highly recommended. Nice customer service

Great product, with a simple and smooth interface. Although we are currently working on resolving a functional issue, it is said to be updated soon. Customer service is very patient and professional.

I’ve spent the last four months searching for a loyalty and referral program that offers everything I need at a great price—and BLOY has absolutely delivered! It’s packed with features that many other apps charge for. Setting it up was incredibly easy, and Lucy was fantastic in helping me get my loyalty page live. It looks great on my site, even without a Shopify theme, and the customisation options make it feel like a natural part of my brand. So far, the rewards system has been really easy to set up, and redeeming rewards seems straightforward. I haven’t encountered any bugs, and everything has run smoothly from the start. While I’d love to see features like event-based promotions (e.g., Double Points weekends), the developers are really open to new ideas, which gives me confidence that it will keep improving. In these early days, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more!
