We’ve had such a great experience with this rewards app! It has all the features we needed to get our loyalty program up and running smoothly. The customer service team is absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to help with setup and answer every question along the way. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for an easy, reliable rewards solution!

After a long search, we finally found Bloy, and we couldn’t be happier! From the very first contact, the customer support team has been incredibly helpful — quick, clear, and willing to customize certain features to perfectly fit our needs. We launched our points and VIP tiers program about a month ago, and it’s been working flawlessly ever since. The interface is intuitive both for our team and for our customers, and the integration with Shopify is seamless. A special mention goes to the customer support, which is simply outstanding: responsive, knowledgeable, and always available — even with the time zone difference. You can truly feel their dedication and care. Kudos to the entire Bloy team for their professionalism and kindness, and a heartfelt thank you to our dedicated account contact for following us every step of the way. Highly recommended app!
