Easy to use app, customer support it quick and very helpful
We recently switched from a non-Shopify website and wanted to transfer our point over to a new app here. BLOY felt like it had a lot of what some of the big names had but at a lower price. We are keeping things simple for our loyalty rewards and Bloy is set up to be quite simple. I love it so far, I will continue to research more of the settings to tweak it all to work best for us.
Very easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. The setup is quick, and the interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to manage points, VIP tiers, and referral rewards. The customization options are flexible enough to fit our brand without overcomplicating things. Customer support is excellent, fast, responsive, and very helpful when it comes to both technical issues and adjustments. Overall, it’s a great value, highly recommended for any store looking to build customer loyalty.

Great app over all. Extremely easy to navigate, set up and a good looking layout even with default settings. Support was able to help me out with an issue within 5 minutes. Their free plan is very generous, having essentially all the features you'd need for a loyalty program.
Overall, the user experience has been excellent. The workflow is very clear and intuitive, and there are plenty of customization options available, which makes it very flexible to use. I’m really satisfied with how everything is designed and functions.
By far one of the easiest apps to install and set up. I have yet to explore the rest of the features, but it appears to have lots of useful things you can do. I recently reached out to customer support, and they where really quick to respond and very helpful thank you!

Interface intuitive, personnalisation complète (renommage de la monnaie, textes premium, widget élégant), et système VIP basé sur la LTV. Le support early bird est réactif. Seule suggestion d'amélioration : pouvoir baser le maintien VIP sur le nombre de commandes (et pas seulement le montant dépensé). Recommandé pour les marques premium qui veulent un programme fidélité sans remises €, uniquement des cadeaux physiques.
BLOY was incredibly easy to set up and customize. As a wellness brand, aesthetics are everything to me, and I love that I could tailor the rewards widget to match my shop's vibe perfectly without it looking clunky. A seamless way to build loyalty. Highly recommend!

This super helpful and responsive team uploaded my customer rewards data for me, which was a transition from our old Quickbooks POS. I am very happy with the customization options which have allowed me to design a completely new reward system. In addition, using BLOY and reading their blog posts has reframed my view on rewards. I have had a bricks and mortar business for 20 years and our reward system started on index cards (no kidding!) When we migrated to a desktop POS, we kept the same simple format, i.e. spend $, get $. Now, with BLOY I am thinking more strategically about how to use our rewards program to drive more traffic. This thinking will help us as we transition to adding online sales to our bricks and mortar shop. I anticipate it will become a touchpoint with those online customers we never get to see in person. Thanks BLOY for your kind offer to be an early adopter of your app to take advantage to all the wonderful features.
