I love the option to use points instead of a cashback only option. This has been super easy to use and I love all the features! I'm able to customize the rewards, emails sent to my customers and use my brand colors. I'm super excited about adding this feature for my customers!

This app is incredibly easy to use and very well designed. The customer support is outstanding — every question or issue I’ve had was handled quickly and thoroughly. The membership system is clear, flexible, and easy for both merchants and customers to understand. Honestly, it’s hard to believe such a powerful and well-supported app is available for free. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately this app doesn't work properly if you try to redeem two rewards at the same time. Even though they all set up to combine, the customer receives an error message. I thought the initial support was great and Hailey was fantastic with her initial support, but I couldn't seem to get help afterwards. I spent two days trying to get to the bottom of the error with no support. I thought there was a clash with another app which worked well, but after removing this app, I still got the error.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify your concerns. - Combining rewards: Shopify applies a platform-level rule where “When multiple product discounts apply to the same line item, only the best discount is applied.” Because of this restriction, only one product discount can be used per product, even if rewards are set as combinable. This is a Shopify limitation rather than an app-related issue, which is why the same behavior occurs even after our app is removed. You may also confirm this in Shopify’s official help documentation on combining discounts. - Support response: We provide 24/7 support; however, your message was sent during New Year’s Eve 2026, when our support team was in the middle of a shift handover. This resulted in a delayed response of approximately 30 minutes. We sincerely apologize for this delay and take full responsibility. Your feedback is taken seriously, and we are actively improving our internal processes to ensure smoother handovers and faster response times, including during holidays. Our team has also reached out to you to provide further clarification, but we haven’t received a response yet. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to assist you further. I have been looking for a loyalty program for some time, all of them seemed quite complex, but not BLOY. When i was unsure the staff are helpful - going above and beyond to show me things i didnt know. Looking forward to using this program more and more.

After trying several loyalty apps, I’ve found BLOY to be by far the most useful and user-friendly! I love their VIP loyalty and points programs, they make earning rewards simple and rewarding. The app is intuitive, easy to navigate, and runs smoothly. On top of that, the tech team and customer service are always responsive, supportive, and ready to assist with any questions. Overall, BLOY makes managing rewards effortless and even enjoyable, highly recommend it!

Setting up a loyalty program has never been easier. BLOY lets me create exactly the kind of points system and rewards I want for my brand, and my customers love how simple it is to earn and redeem points. It feels like a premium app without the complex setup.

So far so good! The rewards are relatively easy to set up and the documentation is very helpful. I really like that I can show how many points a person will earn right there on the product page. On activation the widget was cut off a bit and the support team had it fixed in just a couple of hours (and it was a weekend!!)

Loving the BLOY app! It makes earning and redeeming rewards super simple. I earn points every time I shop or engage with the brand, and redeeming them is really easy too. Great little app, has all the features I was after like giving customers points for leaving reviews as well as showing the points they will earn on the product page. The support is great as well, very helpful.

Its 3 days post installation and configuration and I have not been able to bring the points wizard on product page even after giving access to store and multiple followups with support. My customers are not able to view the points they can earn with purchase.
Update on Dec 24th, 2025 - Issue: Your current theme does not natively support app blocks, which initially prevented the "Points on Product Page" block from appearing. - Resolution: Our technical team has performed a custom theme adjustment to ensure the block is integrated and displayed correctly. - Status: We have verified that the feature is now fully functional on your product page.
