I honestly don't even know where to start. First of all: my review might sound like it was paid for – but I promise, I'm simply genuinely thrilled. The onboarding process with BLOY was very intuitive right from the beginning. Still, I had a few specific requests during setup and contacted support. Lucy helped me immediately and made everything happen quickly and easily. Since my online store is completely in German, I had quite a bit of work translating everything into our store’s style. To my surprise, it was super easy: I just went through every widget one by one and customized them. That's when I realized – BLOY has really thought of everything: How customers can earn and redeem points Beautifully customizable email templates Widgets showing how many points a customer will earn for a product Redemption options in the cart Tons of options to personalize texts, colors, and even images And even a fully customizable loyalty page! For setting up the loyalty page, I contacted support again. This time, Eric helped me – and he was incredibly patient! He adjusted the position of my floating widget on mobile exactly how I wanted it and installed the entire loyalty page for me, so all I had to do was customize the text afterward. What can I say, folks? I'm really excited for the future collaboration. If you continue working with such attention to detail and this kind of amazing kindness, I honestly can’t think of a single reason why anyone wouldn't want to install BLOY. Everything looks amazing and is so thoughtfully designed that I can hardly believe it. I'm really looking forward to continuing this journey with you guys. Thank you for your fantastic work!

I 100% highly recommend BLOY Loyaly Program & Rewards. It was by far the easiest to set up and customer service has been the best to answer any question. If your looking for a royality program to boost sales BLOY is it.

The App does it's job well and the support team is responsive and helpfull. It's a great app to implement a customer loyalty program. Slightly more personalization options would be great but for a free of charge app it does a terrif job.

AMAZING APP. The support team is awesome. They always reply on time and help out with everything that is possible. Hands down the best loyalty program app. It is very easy to setup especially for startup founders who have to multi-task. GREAT APP. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Grace, Lucy & Chloe all of them are very helpful.

The app works great! Everything runs smoothly and exactly as expected. I had a few questions and needed help with some setup steps, the customer service team was super helpful and quick to respond. Really happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

I downloaded this app after two days of trying and testing many many loyalty/rewards apps, and I must say, out of all of them, BLOY is by far the best one! It's such a well-thought-out and user-friendly tool. It's not complicated to use, and I love how easy it is to customize a field or a feature. Edit: thank you so much Chloe, for your help!
