Great product, with a simple and smooth interface. Although we are currently working on resolving a functional issue, it is said to be updated soon. Customer service is very patient and professional.

I’ve spent the last four months searching for a loyalty and referral program that offers everything I need at a great price—and BLOY has absolutely delivered! It’s packed with features that many other apps charge for. Setting it up was incredibly easy, and Lucy was fantastic in helping me get my loyalty page live. It looks great on my site, even without a Shopify theme, and the customisation options make it feel like a natural part of my brand. So far, the rewards system has been really easy to set up, and redeeming rewards seems straightforward. I haven’t encountered any bugs, and everything has run smoothly from the start. While I’d love to see features like event-based promotions (e.g., Double Points weekends), the developers are really open to new ideas, which gives me confidence that it will keep improving. In these early days, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more!

I have been looking for a good rewards app for a while. I tried multiple apps and although they had most of the features, the differentiating factor between them and BLOY is that BLOY is completely free! Yes, you read that right, it's completely free. And for that free price, you get top quality customer service from them. A special shoutout to Quinn and Chloe who are always there answering your queries and working on getting them resolved at the earliest! I love the app. Great experience so far.

If you are looking for the best loyalty app in terms of customization, this app can compete those top paid app out there. Have decide to switch to this app and give it a try. I am satisfied with the features but hopefully they can add an option to change automated email background color, floating widget font color and add few icons or upload my own also in loyalty program page. Over all, this is the best option alternative to some loyalty app out there. Let's see on reward transaction if it is working smoothly as expected. Thanks to Chloe as well for the assistance and helping me set-up the app and customize with my branding.

I can not understand why they are so understanding. Being a little addle minded and not tech savvy, i required quite a bit of help. Something they were very happy to give. Hat's off to any company with that level of customer service.

A service that has exceeded my expectations. A new loyalty programme designed to attract new and satisfy current customers made so simple by the BLOY team. I've worked with team member Chloe and she was just amazing. No task too big or question too small that she wasn't happy to do for us or answer. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!

Hands down best customer service of any Shopify app we have used! Eric was a HUGE help and was quick to get the job done. The app itself is easy to set up and integrates with review apps and Klaviyo.
