I’ve been using this membership app for a few days now, and it’s fantastic! The rewards system is easy to understand, and I love how I can earn points and unlock exclusive perks. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to track my progress. Customer support is responsive and helpful too. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get the most out of their loyalty program!

The customer support is amazing. As soon as we added the app, we received an email to set up an intro call. This call was super helpful in making sure all the options were enabled and the loyalty page was created correctly. I highly recommend BLOY. there are many options for earning and redeeming rewards including social media interaction which is so important to our small business.

It’s very clean, professional easy to use very accessible. Staff are very courteous quick to response and you can’t ask for any better. thank you for putting it together nice.

Customer service is excellent, if you need absolutely anything they go above and beyond for you. They even offer to help do things for you if needed or they send photos as guides. They are superb. For the most part it is fairly simple, you just need to read. I love that they provide steps as well for getting you set up and you can either follow it or do your own thing.

The app is very easy to setup. It has all the key parameters, because reward points vary with different businesses. We have been able to setup Category wise points, there are enough parameters to control. The VIP Tiers, Product page and boosters. This app has everything required

The app is incredibly easy to use and makes setting up and customising rewards simple. The UI feels clean and intuitive, which makes managing everything a breeze. Their support team—especially Chloe—has been wonderfully helpful and responsive. Overall, I’m really enjoying all the features.

This covers every aspect of the rewards experience in a professional but also customisable way. its very easy to use and the customer support is TOP NOTCH. Still setting up the app but so far so good. I had the pleasure to connect with Annette and she was very responsive and kindly answered to all my questions (probably silly) questions. Apart of this, the app is super easy to setup and it seems to cover everything that other apps charge a significant amount of money for it. Well done BLOY team!
