I’ve been using BON since around November 2025, and the experience has been very positive so far. The BON team was extremely helpful during our data migration from our previous loyalty app, making the transition smooth and well supported. Whenever we encountered issues, their support team responded quickly and helped resolve them efficiently. We are currently using the VIP tiers program, and I’m very satisfied with the UI/UX design. It’s clean, intuitive, and easy to customize. I also appreciate that BON is based in Southeast Asia (Vietnam), which makes communication easier for us. Special thanks to Hazel from the BON team for her excellent support. She has been very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, whether through chat or Zoom calls. Overall, a great experience with BON. Looking forward to seeing even more integrations with other Shopify apps in the future.

BON Loyalty has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The app is easy to use, reliable, and provides all the features we need to run a loyalty program smoothly. What really stands out is their support team. They are incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions. A special thanks to Hazel from the support team, she has been amazing. She responds very quickly, is very patient, and always helps us resolve issues efficiently. Overall, a fantastic app with excellent customer support. The support team, especially Hazel, was a huge help. At first, I thought the customer’s request regarding the account changes wasn’t possible. However, Hazel provided a step-by-step guide and stayed with me throughout the entire process. She carefully confirmed each step I was doing to make sure everything was correct. Because of her guidance, I was able to successfully complete what needed to be done. If you ever find yourself having difficulty with anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to Hazel or the Bon Loyalty Customer Service team. They respond very quickly and truly support you from start to finish. I really appreciate all the help!
