The app is highly adaptable and integrates well with our needs. The functionality is flexible and easy to work with, and the customer support team has been outstanding — responsive, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Overall, a great experience.

I asked BON to import 15,821 customer points. They said, “Give us a few minutes.” Reader, they were not lying. Points moved. No customers were emotionally disturbed. No notification emails detonated. Zero chaos. They even flagged 266 customers without emails like calm adults running a spreadsheet-based emergency room. Then there was Hazel. Hazel checked in. Hazel celebrated. Hazel politely requested a review with the enthusiasm of someone who just discovered emojis for the first time. Was I emotionally prepared for that level of commitment? No. Did I respect it? Deeply. Migration: smooth. Communication: fast. Energy: somewhere between SaaS professional and caffeinated golden retriever. Would I recommend BON? Yes.

Great app. Easy to set up thanks to a simple interface. There are a lot of features, making possible to set up complex loyalty programs. The support is really kind and helpful which honestly is what matters the most!

We are just getting started with BON Loyalty, and so far the experience has been fantastic. The program is robust enough to handle all of the features we are looking for in a Rewards program without being overly complicated. I have had SO many questions and Lyn and the rest of the team have provided me with all the information I need in a very timely fashion. Looking forward to seeing a boost in sales!

Although I have only just signed up and getting things sorted the app is looking fantastic and can't wait to release it to my customers, So far personal trials before releasing is all positive and was very easy to set up. We did have a few teething issues however Haley in support has been fantastic in helping. Going above and beyond to be on top of it, the support like many of the other reviews below was a big part of the reason why I went this path and it certainly hasn't disappointed.
