The customer service was absolutely amazing! Dannie was super nice and patient, really listened to my situation, and solved everything perfectly. You can tell the company genuinely cares about its customers. Still in the testing phase, but if all goes well, I’ll definitely stick with BON for sure. Thanks so much!

The BON Loyalty Program and Rewards app is intuitive and easy to use. Special thanks to Hazel from live chat for her excellent and professional assistance — she made the process smooth and efficient. At the moment, I’m waiting for the option to change the default phone number prefix from the US to Germany. Asking customers to scroll through 100+ countries to select theirs creates unnecessary friction, and many might leave the default US prefix and simply type their number after it — resulting in contact data that has little or no value for the store.

It's rare to find an APP with 5.0 ratings anywhere! I've experienced it now having just migrated from Smile.io to Bon loyalty app. Kian was super helpful in answering all my questions via chat and email. The BON support team is spontaneous to respond and transitioned from one agent to another seamlessly during my migration process. Even when I accidentally closed my chat window, I was back with Kian within one minute after connecting with a different agent. I'm looking forward to using BON Loyalty program and trusting that my 38K customers will have similar and rewarding experiences!

I highly recommend BON Loyalty! Hazel was amazing at her training, behind the scenes help, and dedication to make our tricky migration from another platform. She worked hard to make sure everything was done in a timely manner, and explained things to have it make sense as a new user! We had no experience with different loyalty programs apps, but BON seemed good enough with their features and options for multiple languages. Pricing is also on par with different apps so you can make a cautious investment. What we also got was great customer service and I have to give big thanks to their support and dev team. They handled most of our problems with ease. Keep up the good work!
