Cara was so helpful in helping me update my settings. They have simple instructions and prewritten questions to make setting up things so fast, I really appreciate it! I also like that you can customize the emails customers get when they earn rewards, so it fits with your brand's style and voice. The interface is easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone getting their loyalty rewards set up.

The setup so far is very simple and intuitive, I would have liked some additional features that I requested (for example the ability to get different points depending on the review with photos/videos, or a more complete analytics tab). Kudos to Hazel and the rest of the team for the punctuality in the responses!

Their support team is amazing. I found this app because it has most of our needs for our next loyalty program but what made me amazed by was they're very open minded team. I asked a bunch of questions if they can customize some UIs for our website and they tried the best to achieve what I asked for. This app features + support team efforts makes this app 10/10!!
