My first impression with Maxxie was good. She was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, and I had a lot of complex questions and Maxxie stepped up to the plate with each and every question and concern I had....the whole process took about 30 mins as I was new to the app and setting it up, so I had a million and one questions....Thanks Maxxie.

This app is very useful for my needs and the customer service team has been extremely helpful. I have talked to Cara, Hazel, and Mia and they have all been great. Most of the features are easy to use and the customer support is excellent (shout-out to Mia). It integrated very well onto our website. When we ha trouble getting certain features to work, the support was quick, responsive, an resolved the issues quickly. Really exceptional support. The only frustration so far is the high paywall locking out certain features such as VIP tiers.
