I have been using BON Loyalty for a good few months now. The app works seamlessly in the background and provides my company and customers with exactly what they need with a rewards program. The widget is clean and easy to navigate, the point structure is efficient and effective. I have worked closely with Dannie, Kian and Haley throughout set up and optimisation and they have been incredible support. They are always there to help or answer any question and have also organised customisation requests with the Development team on numerous occasions with zero faults. Highly recommend the app for any business wanting to implement a clean and robust rewards system for their website.

The app and their customer service team has been wonderful. Above and beyond! Not only are they super responsive, they gave me tips for getting started and have helped me set up a custom reviews connection to a reviews app that they don't have a standard built-in earnings connection with. I first worked with Ame (who was great!), and even though when I logged in sometimes a different rep responded (likely due to time-zone differences), they were always up to date on my status and project and always professional, and were able to help me with what I needed. I highly recommend this app so far!
