I just download the app and was working on setting everything up - I clicked the button to verify the email address and it immediately linked me up with an actual human support person - that was impressive right from the beginning. I followed the information supplied and asked a couple questions which were answered promptly. The verification is in process, so Dannie let me know that a follow-up will be completed in a couple days and I'll be notified with the outcome. Dannie was very helpful, friendly and kind and I REALLY appreciate being connected with an actual human!

We’ve had an excellent experience with Bon Loyalty, and I’d especially like to highlight Hazel for her outstanding support. She is consistently super polite, a great listener, and very clear when explaining the logic behind the Bon Loyalty system. Hazel is notable for her willingness to go above and beyond. She has actively discussed our system-related questions and challenges with the developers, thoughtfully actioned ideas, and explored whether internal processes could be improved not just for us, but for other merchants as well. She’s responsive, genuinely helpful, and always a pleasure to speak with. It’s rare to find support that feels this proactive and collaborative. We ended up choosing BON Loyalty, and we haven’t regretted it for a second. What really tipped the scales for us was the support. Cara has been absolutely amazing to work with — fast responses, clear and easy-to-understand explanations, and lots of great suggestions tailored specifically to our store and the way we operate. It felt much more like talking to a colleague than to “customer support.” We run both a physical store and an online shop, and we also have a somewhat special loyalty setup (for example, every 7th bag of feed free, subscriptions online, etc.). All of this was taken seriously, explained in a simple way, and we found solutions that genuinely fit us — including in Shopify POS. The app works very well, is flexible, and it’s clear that it’s built by people who truly understand retail operations, not just code. Extra points for: – Patient and friendly support – Thorough explanations, not just “yes/no” answers – European-based support (a big plus for us) We initially planned to look at several apps, but after this dialogue, the choice was easy. Highly recommended.

Great onboarding experience and is a lot more encompassing for the cost than other platforms. We migrated from influence.io as the refer a friend functionality did not work and allowed people to generate codes without a succesfull referral taking place. BON solves this
