Constantly need support to book due to unfriendly interface. Good luck talking to someone on a weekend. Overpriced and seems like it hasn’t been updated in years. Black outs are annoying, I should just be able to select what days I want to book things on and repeat it. Not block out every day I am not needing a booking.

In your case, the product’s availability issue was caused by a configuration problem. We’ve already assisted with reconfiguring it and followed up with you directly.

I have been using BTA app in Shopify for several years to manage online reservations for our tours and I have been very satisfied. I have been able to customize the app's settings to get it to do what I need and customer service and support has always been quick, helpful, and effective.

Amazing customer service and support! I asked if they could personalize a specific field to help optimize the rental experience on my website, and they not only added what I needed but exceeded all of my requests. They were super responsive every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend this app to other businesses and reservation platforms. The app is robust - a bit tricky to navigate on your own BUT the customer service is phenomenal and they will walk you through how to setup and troubleshoot to resolve your issues every time you ask!

Mostly reviewing about customer service: recently I spoke with Rana, who was very helpful, friendly and responded quickly. When I've contacted BTA during work hours it is quick and easy to get in touch with a real person to chat with, which I appreciate. The app itself is pretty good, though it requires a fair amount of learning to get things working the way we want. Also not a lot of customization aesthetically. It seems like there are many customer experience features to customize but it's not obvious what each one does. I wish there was a small explanation under each Title telling you what exactly it does. Since the customer service is good its helpful to just reach out if you're confused about anything.

We use the various BTA widgets to manage the sale of classes, courses, hiring equipment and setting appointments. It's all fairly simple to set up, and if you've got any questions the support people like Sisco are very good at solving any problems.

The customer support team was incredibly helpful and guided me through every step. I had an issue with setting up timeslots in the app, and they helped me resolve it quickly and efficiently. Everything is now working perfectly. Highly recommend their service!

Unethical Pricing and Locked Account Access I used this app for over two years on the $29 plan. When my plan expired, I was told I’d have to pay $49 for the exact same plan, a steep and unfair increase. What’s worse, I was locked out of my own account and data unless I paid the higher amount. Support repeatedly asked me to confirm deletions I couldn’t even see, leaving me unable to access or retrieve my information. This experience felt unprofessional, manipulative, and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this app to anyone. If you value fair treatment and data access, stay away. Once your plan ends, you risk being completely locked out of your account.

Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, since you manually ended your previous subscription for a legacy plan, you were prompted to select from our current plans. As with most apps, we do not provide the option to select from legacy plans. This is why you were required to choose from a current plan. You then chose to select a lower-tier plan, which did require the removal of some items you previously configured on the higher-tier plan. I apologize that our Customer Success team was unable to satisfactorily guide you through the required updates. If you decide to continue using the app, we will be happy to help get your store back on track so that you can use one of our current subscriptions.

We use BTA in our shopify site to manage class enrollment and events. The tutorials section in the help center is very detailed and makes the program easy to use. When I can't find what I am looking for there, the customer service team is very quick to respond with helpful advice and offers comprehensive solutions.
