This app has made booking for classes and events I host in my shop SO much easier. It integrates with shopify classes I create and then the calendar populates on my website. It has saved me hours of configuring and time. The help and chat feature is great, I feel like I get help almost immediately and customer service is awesome.

The app works really well for us and suits our needs. Support is fantastic, just had an issue, got into a chat and the problem was solved inside of 10 minutes. Would totally recommend this app.

The BTA support team has been super helpful anytime we've had an issue come up with our website in relation to class bookings. D'Angelo has always been timely to respond, as well as always providing some form of troubleshooting that has fixed the problem entirely or supported us in getting resolving major needs.

We are using BTA on our websites for 2 different stores and couldn’t be happier. The app is easy to use and integrate into your website without needing to know programming. In addition to being a great app, the customer service is amazing. Support team responds quickly and continues checking in with you until your issue is resolved. D’Angelo has been exceptionally supportive with the many questions we submit.

I can say for sure that BookThatApp has the best support I have ever encountered. It responds quickly and even makes the settings you need. Simply magic! On other sites, at best, you will be answered by a useless bot. The application is very flexible and can be easily customized for any task. The only thing that bothers me is that I need to pay for each booking, even if this booking was created on the Airbnb website and using calendar synchronization, BookThatApp considers it created and protected as payment. This is a very daring decision - to take money for the fact that Airbnb tried to sell my property))

Hi there! Thank you for your great review! I wanted to comment on your below point: "The only thing that bothers me is that I need to pay for each booking, even if this booking was created on the Airbnb website and using calendar synchronization, BookThatApp considers it created and protected as payment. This is a very daring decision - to take money for the fact that Airbnb tried to sell my property))" This can be a bit misleading, as the app doesn't charge for each booking that is created. Depending on the plan that you pay for, you will get a set booking quota. If you are on the Premium plan, you will get a quota of 350 bookings. A created booking will deduct from the quota. With this explained, if you add an external calendar to a service or product that you have setup in the app; what this does is to pull events from the linked calendar and sync it to the app. In order for the app to treat the events on the external calendar as "Blackouts", it would need to create "bookings" for those events in the app. So, if you had a "Room A" product in the app, and you linked your AirBnB calendar for that "Room A" to the product in BTA, then the AirBnB bookings will sync over to BTA. This allows the app to mark those booked AirBnB dates as unavailable in the widget. It also works the same way with other booking/scheduling apps that allows you to integrate your other booking/reservation platforms. I usually try to avoid bad reviews. In this case, however, I want to warn you. For over a month now, there has been an error where the booking widget on the website very often does not load and bookings are therefore not possible. The result is lost customers and thus lost money. Ok, things like that can happen, but the bad thing in this case is the support. When I reported the error, I was told that the error had already been fixed. I had to prove the opposite. Then I was told that it was because my browser was out of date. Nonsense, I test several browsers in different (current) versions. Then I was told that it was only on Apple systems, which After a month, they reported the problem as solved, but I was able to reproduce the error in seconds. Either the support is completely incompetent or they are deliberately telling untruths. I don't know, but either way is bad and makes working together impossible.

Hi Oliver! I do apologize for your recent experience! There was clearly some misunderstanding with the handling of this issue. We have been tracking this issue for some time, and haven't been able to truly derive a solution for it, because we haven't been able to reproduce it. The records that we have on this issue have highlighted it to be "Device-specific". We were able to make the assumption that this is iOS related. However, we were not able to reproduce this issue on recent iOS versions and devices. It wasn't until last month (September) that our developers discovered that the widget wasn't loading for iPhone 11 Pro Max and on the version 13 iOS. So, we were only able to reproduce this widget rendering issue on iOS devices with the version 13 OS. We discovered this was due to the device and the browser being outdated. So, we had to update Babel on our end to convert the Javascript to a readable format for outdated iOS devices. Part of the confusion in conveying this information to you was that the solution was released, but was then reverted due to some issues that arose, which was believed to be as a result of the deployed solution. The solution was then redeployed and this was confirmed around September 23rd, 2024. We were able to run tests on our end, and the widget now loads for older iOS devices. But unfortunately, it seems there are still instances of the widget not loading for iOS devices. The recent reports have brought to our attention that their might be an issue with how Safari is handling cache. We have followed up with you to express our apologies, and we do hope that you can work with us to iron out this issue. Synchronously, we are working on updating parts of the app, that we believe will help to solve this issue for the iOS devices that are affected. Thanks! Success Team at BTA
