Book that App has been the most frustrating system ever! BTA has constant problems, everything from not allowing people to book same day or multiple days. The checkout on book that app is now not allowing people to check out their rentals. Super disappointing, costing me tons revenue because customer can not check out for rentals...DOT NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!

Constantly need support to book due to unfriendly interface. Good luck talking to someone on a weekend. Overpriced and seems like it hasn’t been updated in years. Black outs are annoying, I should just be able to select what days I want to book things on and repeat it. Not block out every day I am not needing a booking.
Thank you for your feedback. You’re right that our support coverage is slower on weekends, and we understand how frustrating that can be when you need help urgently. In your case, the product’s availability issue was caused by a configuration problem. We’ve already assisted with reconfiguring it and followed up with you directly.

I have been using BTA app in Shopify for several years to manage online reservations for our tours and I have been very satisfied. I have been able to customize the app's settings to get it to do what I need and customer service and support has always been quick, helpful, and effective.

Amazing customer service and support! I asked if they could personalize a specific field to help optimize the rental experience on my website, and they not only added what I needed but exceeded all of my requests. The app is robust - a bit tricky to navigate on your own BUT the customer service is phenomenal and they will walk you through how to setup and troubleshoot to resolve your issues every time you ask!

Mostly reviewing about customer service: recently I spoke with Rana, who was very helpful, friendly and responded quickly. When I've contacted BTA during work hours it is quick and easy to get in touch with a real person to chat with, which I appreciate. The app itself is pretty good, though it requires a fair amount of learning to get things working the way we want. Also not a lot of customization aesthetically. It seems like there are many customer experience features to customize but it's not obvious what each one does. I wish there was a small explanation under each Title telling you what exactly it does. Since the customer service is good its helpful to just reach out if you're confused about anything.

So far this app has been perfect for us! Rana from the support team has been an immense help with any questions we had along the way. We love the deposit feature for our bookings, and look forward to fully launching this in our shop in the coming days! Adding an update to say their support team has been great. We use the various BTA widgets to manage the sale of classes, courses, hiring equipment and setting appointments. It's all fairly simple to set up, and if you've got any questions the support people like Sisco are very good at solving any problems.
