I only just downloaded it, but so far it has been a very easy and pleasent experience. Izzy was extremely friendly and helpful via Chat. Going to see how the metrics change over the next 2 weeks, but so far it's great.

Hi Jack, I'm sorry to hear that your traffic has dropped recently after installing our app. The purpose of our app is to improve your SEO (and therefore your traffic and sales) over time. However, I checked and noticed you had activated the paid features that have our SEO improvements about a week ago. Something to note is that any changes due to our app cannot have had any effect on your traffic or sales at this point. SEO improvement is a gradual, long-term process because of how Google and other search engines work. It takes Google up to several weeks to update its listings of your pages, so changes from the app do not immediately appear in Google results. It takes even longer for SEO to start making an impact on your site traffic and sales: 4 to 6 months on average, because of how search engines track SEO. So any changes due to our app cannot have had any effect on your traffic or sales at this point. We would like to help you in your SEO journey using our app and turn around your overall experience. I have yet to use this app but out of ALL the apps I have installed so far communication with IZZY was so much fun, and entertaining, the videos and emojis help a LOT with bringing my anxiety level down while already being frustrated with dealing with so many things business related.
