I've installed this app with no trial given And Deleted it 1 hour later. The app gives an SEO Score of 42 even though every item has been optimized and is all green. The app gives false SEO Scores. Not only that i still see a charge on my account for the app i want to be removed the app was installed for 1 hour and removed. I refuse to pay for this app. Remove the Charge from my Account.

Charges for an app that has been uninstalled prior to the renewal date. We signed up for the free tester of this app, which we deleted a few days later as it was not what we required at the time. Ie the free trail was still in use. Low and behold, we have been billed for a month worth of usage which is completely wrong and unethical. Please tell Shopify users that your "free" means that you will have to pay for something you did not utilize month-end. Very disappointed and all credibility is now lost for your app for us to even consider signing up in the future. Please be very careful with this one.

May be good if your existing SEO work is terrible, but after spending the last 1-2 years working on SEO, this app destroyed all my hard work and my store is now not showing at the top of google image search results. I have spent the last few hours trying to rectify it to so far no avail. I'm feeling devastated. I did the 1 week free trial and deleted the app as I noticed no positive difference in my search rankings or site traffic.

I installed this app with the 3 day trial period and uninstalled as was not what I was looking for. I got charged the full amount, after contacting them and them promising to refund me I still got charged by shopify for the app. I tried to contact them again, but after 4 days I still have not received any communication. App not worth the cost even

This app ruined all of my exisiting Google Meta Descriptions and replaced them all with garbled words. Be careful using it. You can lose money like I did.

The app cannot be accessed after few minutes ! I've requested support and they 1st answered and ask me to wait 24h but nothing changed and since then no replies from the developer and the app still not reachable !

Echt een geweldige app. In een paar seconden heb je al de belangrijkste dingen voor elkaar, zoals de ALT-tekst voor afbeeldingen, om goed gevonden te worden. Handmatig ben je hier echt een dag mee bezig. En gratis ook nog. Update: Heb de app alsnog verwijderd, omdat er te veel reklame kwam om te upgraden. Het lijkt er nu op dat er een stukje code is achtergebleven, waardoor mijn webshop erg traag is geworden na het deinstalleren. @admin, kunnen jullie een linkje sturen met instructies om de app juist te verwijderen? Als jullie het hier bijhouden op de forum, en als het lukt om de overbodige app bestanden te verwijderen, zal ik mijn waardering weer aanpassen.

Believe me this app owner and this company system is very much narow, this app owner is dirty minds of people, fow why? i used this app before but not a free version , i used paid version before .i used this app 2 months, its totally useless you never get rank from this app because google seo ranking is not easy . they said in this no need code required but they are injected 3-4 codes on your thime liquid you can find it. without your permission they are pushed it , i request this team 4times please remove the code my site is slowly loading, they directly denayed my request , they replied me check the video you remove it that's it. please , please , please do not install this app if you need any screenshot i can share with you.

i uninstalled this app to use another and was still charged 24.99 on my shopify bill. I uninstalled before the trial period ended and did not sign up for any pro plan... i want refunded

If you want to fail with your business, make sure you have this application. I installed paid version, and this application did nothing for 2 months accept for alt tags which are a free option any way. Their autopilot version is not for Goolge shopping. You will need to go again all over your items and fix them mannually after such "wonderful" service. Moreover, I removed this application month ago, and they continue to charge me with this billing period. Horrible service. I want my money back.

DO NOT use this app if you want alt text images for blind or visually impaired people. I run a shop for disabled people and it is ESSENTIAL that image alt text is properly descriptive for users who rely on screen-readers. After painstakingly entering highly descriptive alt text for each of my product images, this app has overridden EVERYTHING, costing me 20 hours of work in addition to the $25 a month I spend "to never have to do anything manual again". I purposely turned off alt text image optimizer in the autopilot function and this app went ahead and overrode my 20 HOURS of work doing this. Instead there are some really lame, non descriptive alt text descriptions for my images. Even from an SEO perspective, what they have overridden doesn't work any better. I am totally heart broken and disappointed that I now need to sit down and spend another 20 HOURS of work. You have taken my money which is one thing, but now you've taken my time and this is not ok. I can't get my time back but I want my money back.

Unfortunately this app did not work at all for me. After two days still no image Alt text had been changed. So I triggered it again, still not working after a Week no Image alt text changed. I would understand that it takes a bit and slowly get this images done one by one but not non in an entire week seems useless. Also no feedback from support chat. I contacted them 3 times over 4 days. I was looking forward to use this App as it looks good and promised a lot, but then I got extremely disappointed.

I deleted the app after a few hours, and they still charged my the full price of $24.95 a month later. Shopify have asked them to refund me the money, but they have not even bothered to reply. Be very careful if you install this app!

The app initially was great but then later found out it was interfering with a lot of coding and not allowing functions to work correctly. After uninstalling the app, there is still code left of my website and have had no help from the Booster team to get rid of it - only a generic video that is not suitable - It has now been a few weeks with no resolution.

Terrible for me. Had to Remove the app. But the damage was done. It took all my beautiful accurate descriptions out of each and every picture and replaced them with the Exact Title in my listing and added a dash and my shop name. So if I had 8 pictures on one listing they simply copied my title which had nothing to do with describing the pictures on the listing and added a dash and my shop name. I have weeks of work now! I need to go into every single picture and rewrite good alt tags. This is terrible for me. Beware this change stayed in my shop after I Removed the App. All this work now I have to do to fix what they changed for the worse. Not Good. This is going to cost me time and money as this is not what google wants. Alt tags are supposed to describe the picture for people. This was the free version which immediately when installed did this to my shop. Did not revert back when removed so it altered my shop alt tags till I do the work to change every one of them. Look up what alt tags are supposed to be!

Seems like free apps do the same thing if not more, are easier to understand and have far better service. There was an error in system which still exists even though they said it would be fixed. I was offered a free month's credit but then got charged. Asked for a refund. Got a reply literally a month later that I would get an extra month's credit. Yeah right. I guess you waited until I got charged again? The way I see it, you should be refunding me.

Worst App ever!!! Crashed my whole website and I had no sales for 3 days! I tried to contact them several times. They don't care about their customers! Now they finally get back to me after a 1-Star review.. Still this almost destroyed my business. I had to hire someone to fix my page. $250 lost with this App. Thanks

Our app only interacts with the head portion of your theme and has many fallbacks in place to prevent any issues from arising - this sounds like an unrelated issue but I'm more than happy to take a look of course. The SEO for Blog does not function properly plus there is complete luck of any customer service. I've been trying to communicate with them for over two weeks now with no luck. For the app that cost $20 I think that's just unacceptable. Very unprofessional.
