The only action I could find, using the free version to test before I spend, was my alt text. This app deleted my accessibility alt text, and replaced it with the title of the product. On every picture, on every product. Not only did this action make my site less accessible to those with vision impairments or cognitive disabilities, my pics are now redundant in the eyes of web crawlers. They claim they saved me $135.

Absolutely terrible. Changed the product headline of an item to a completely different item and description of the same item to INCLUDE a FREE item that is not and has never been offered with that item. Gladly I spotted this early - otherwise I could have ended up with a lawsuit! Now I have to also waste my time reverting the product description to its previous - now deleted - one. Terrible! How will you compensate me for this?

I can't believe this would automatically change all of my alt tags without even contacting me or asking me first!!! I sent an email to customer service about the alt tags and if it would mess up my site and was waiting for a response when it automatically changes all of my alt tags!! This is so many hours, days, weeks maybe even a month of time that I worked on to customize my alt tags and have to redo everything because of this horrible feature (AN APP SHOULD NEVER AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE YOUR ENTIRE SITE WITHOUT PERMISSION) and POOR COMMUNICATION! Why did they not tell me this when I emailed them CLEARLY my concern, 5 days before they wiped all of my data. This literally made me break down in defeat. I can't believe how much of my hard work is gone.

This app ruined all of my exisiting Google Meta Descriptions and replaced them all with garbled words. Be careful using it. You can lose money like I did.

Terrible customer service. It's been over a week, and I still haven't gotten my bug resolved from the customer service team. Ridiculous because my SEO is compromised because of them.

Well, three clicks to seo optimization? click one, install, click 2, optimize images, whoops 404 page not found. Odd as one of their key features was to protect against 404 and I get one from using their app. Hmmm...

Would definitely NOT recommend is you want a reliable app. Support is horrible. This is the 5th day that I am trying to have my issue solved as my products are not synching . (I changed product titles and now the links are not matching). Support is not responding. They only replied me with one email asking where the screenshot is. I have sent the screenshot and replied to it many times. Yet no response again. They will leave you just like that. Useless app if no caring support. This is almost like Scam. By the way you keep on saying that you sent me email but your answer is very outdated because I keep on replying to your last sent but then you never reply. Delayed or no support. Unprofessional childish company

The app cannot be accessed after few minutes ! I've requested support and they 1st answered and ask me to wait 24h but nothing changed and since then no replies from the developer and the app still not reachable !

Echt een geweldige app. In een paar seconden heb je al de belangrijkste dingen voor elkaar, zoals de ALT-tekst voor afbeeldingen, om goed gevonden te worden. Handmatig ben je hier echt een dag mee bezig. En gratis ook nog. Update: Heb de app alsnog verwijderd, omdat er te veel reklame kwam om te upgraden. Het lijkt er nu op dat er een stukje code is achtergebleven, waardoor mijn webshop erg traag is geworden na het deinstalleren. @admin, kunnen jullie een linkje sturen met instructies om de app juist te verwijderen? Als jullie het hier bijhouden op de forum, en als het lukt om de overbodige app bestanden te verwijderen, zal ik mijn waardering weer aanpassen.

i'm not seeing my products or my website rank any higher on google search. I see my store name on like the 7th page, but I don't see any of my products when I type the keywords into google. So I don't think I'm going to keep this app after the free trial is over.

Believe me this app owner and this company system is very much narow, this app owner is dirty minds of people, fow why? i used this app before but not a free version , i used paid version before .i used this app 2 months, its totally useless you never get rank from this app because google seo ranking is not easy . they said in this no need code required but they are injected 3-4 codes on your thime liquid you can find it. without your permission they are pushed it , i request this team 4times please remove the code my site is slowly loading, they directly denayed my request , they replied me check the video you remove it that's it. please , please , please do not install this app if you need any screenshot i can share with you.

i uninstalled this app to use another and was still charged 24.99 on my shopify bill. I uninstalled before the trial period ended and did not sign up for any pro plan... i want refunded

I am on the trial currently and i am having the most difficult time with this app. Reasons: * Since the trial started last week, I have wasted DAYS inputting the same information on the same products as the app doesn't seem to want to save my details as it keeps on giving multiple error messages and plus when I compare the details which shopify has, for example 'Meta Description' it hasn't picked up the Booster app Meta Description which it is supposed to * I keep on getting an error which says: 'Looks like there is another SEO app installed, causing conflicts with your theme files. We can fix this for you in one click. ' along with a button which says along the lines of 'We can fix this just click here' which I subsequently did and then I get another error message which says ' Looks like there was an issue updating this. Our team has been alerted and are on it ' Now during the week I was clicking on this button multiple times and no-one reached out to me providing an update on this issue until I sent them an email on 31st October last week. This goes to show there was no initiative in keeping the customer up to date unless the customer contacted them first, which is ridiculous Overall feeling about this app: Honestly for me this app hasn't done it's job and the time wasted on the app I could of just done this in shopify instead and everything would of been done by now. What annoys me if that that that they only gave a week trial knowing that depending on how much items you have on your store it would take days, which is not enough for me to evaluate if this app is good or not. I am not happy paying for this app which is not working properly.

If you want to fail with your business, make sure you have this application. I installed paid version, and this application did nothing for 2 months accept for alt tags which are a free option any way. Their autopilot version is not for Goolge shopping. You will need to go again all over your items and fix them mannually after such "wonderful" service. Moreover, I removed this application month ago, and they continue to charge me with this billing period. Horrible service. I want my money back.

ok... LOVE this app but I must say have had an issue with our Collections tabs not displaying properly after we installed this app. Typically NO BIG deal to fix, right? But getting these people to help, forget it!!! Only email support & they STILL HAVEN'T fixed our issues. Said they would issue one month credit...yah right...NEVER saw that! They do not follow up if you have any issues....HORRIBLE non-existent customer service! Not a fan of their lack of attention to their customers at all. If I ran my biz the way these people do, I would be outta biz. Good luck & good riddance to this app. Guess they got our money, but not anymore... time to move on to an app that actually assists if ya have problems!

I used it free and didn't notice any improvement. I uninstalled and now you are charging me. Please assist me in the process to cancel. I have no interest in continuing with this App.
