Hi Gustavo, I sincerely apologize for the issues you've encountered with our app. Regarding the URL optimization, as my colleague Lester mentioned, this was triggered by the initial setup selection. If the URL optimization was chosen during setup, the app applied those changes automatically. Since the feature is now disabled, no further changes will occur without your explicit activation. We’ve already reverted the optimizations. For the ALT text issue, we've been working to investigate this along with the lagging concerns. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to fully investigate due to the timing of your review. We're still waiting for collaborator access to proceed with the analysis. Thank you for your patience.
